@Tracie_Lord, No worries. You know it's just water. In my experience, it's not enough sleep, not enough potassium to offset sodium, drinking a lot more water than you're accustomed to drinking, going hard in the gym. Take your pick. Your body will adjust. Sometimes an easy walk or light stretching is the cure. I am up a pound also for 2 days straight.

We had great weather in the UK on these days and I can only but assume it was water weight and me not drinking enough in the heat tbh
04/17 - 1500ml / 1.5 litres
04/18 - 2000ml / 2.0 litres = up 1lb today too which is really strange as been bang on
04/19 - 3000ml / 3.0 litres = up another pound today and I don't understand at all as water, exercise and calories bang on
04/20 - 3000ml / 3.0 litres = another pound up so back on evens for the week!! grrrr
04/21 - 750ml - not good enough - weekends I let myself down
04/22 - 1000ml - not to self drink more at weekend!!
04/23 - 3750ml / 3.75litres - back on track but 6lb up according to scale over weekend - I need to pull this back dramatically
04/24 - 3000ml / 3 litres - scales moved 2lb in right direction - defo direct correlation to water
04/25 - 2000ml / 2 litres - another 2lbs in the right direction

I am terrible at this! I barely drink a few cups of water a day and with the amount of protein I consume, I know it's awful for my body. I accept your challenge!

I'd like to join. Me and water are arch enemies. I do not like the (non)taste of water but I know I need to get a gallon down. I've tried putting stuff in the water like - cucumber slices, lemon slices and strawberry slices. Even Mio and Crystal Light. It taste light water trying to mask itself as something else.
But I'm determined to drink my quota. Let's do this?1 -
