    I prefer being "fit", I'm just not really there yet. But it's a lot harder getting fit than it was being fat.

    Being fat was hard emotionally and physically. Fatty liver (prompting a liver biopsy - hurts like hell), painful joints, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gall bladder problems/stones, feeling just generally awful, no energy, etc.

    But, I do get what you mean. :)

    Rome wasn't built in a day. Something good to remember when I'm getting bored or frustrated with what I'm trying to achieve. Also good to remember when the scale isn't moving as fast as I'd like.
