I haven't posted in here in a while. I need to buy myself a pedometer (preferably one that tracks distance as well) I think. Anyone have a suggestion on a good one?
So far, I know I have done at least 5 miles....but, I'm sure it's been more than that, just not sure how much more.0 -
45 minutes and I am so close to my goal. I've set myself a challenge to get to goal over the weekend and start again on Monday0

hi i bought one called the SPORTLINE...i wanted something for the walks during our vacation...it tracks calories, distance , and steps.....good luck0 -

I have reached my halfway and thensome, but I have really been slacking this week and need to get back on it. This weekend is going to be tough with friends from out of town, but I will try to jump back in full force next week.0

30 minutes with the dog today. Here's my week:
week of 8/8/11:
Monday - 70 minutes (C25K W7/D1 and walked the dog)
Tuesday - 60 minutes (30min walking the dog; 30min Leslie Sansone dvd)
Wednesday - 70 minutes (C25K W7/D2 and extra walking, poor dog stayed home today)
Thursday - 30 minutes walking the dog
Friday - 85 minutes (C25K W7/D3 and walked the dog)
Saturday - 50 minutes (ran, walked the dog)
Sunday - 30 minutes walking the dog
It just occurred to me that my 1,400 minute goal for the month might be slightly out of reach. I arrived at that number due to the 360 minute per week challenge I'm in, but forgot about the fact that the 360 includes any exercise and this challenge is strictly walking/running. So my weights and other iems that count for the other challenge won't count for this one. But I shall persevere and see how far I get anyway, and next month my goal will likely be reduced.0
