    I put them in a bag with about a T olive oil and shake the bag to death. I usually wrap them up in foil, but left them exposed this time. I like them in the foil better, not as toasty-roasty, but more flavorful and moist.

    Honestly the worst flavor by them.....don’t like it, wayyyyy too sweet. And I know dessert is supposed to be sweet, but damnnn this was too much

    So today I discovered you can’t walk into an arbitrary cafe in Brescia and get decent cooking. The worst spaghetti carbonara I’ve ever had. They managed to turn the egg and cheese emulsion into scrambled eggs despite the pasta being served cold. And where’s the pancetta?
