Sleeves are too long by an inch, jacket too short by probably two - he's in the wrong size and needs tailoring. Fix those two things and it gets better fast.

Agreed. Its weird when you see a celebrity in a suit that doesn't fit/look good. I expect them to somehow know better.1 -
