    Week 1 - 226.4 down 2 lbs since this started. Yeay. :) This week was tough. I started over. Joined a gym and really made a decision not to stick to the plan.

    Week 2 - 226 down 3lbs overall and 0.4 this week. I'm still happy. Sticking to the plan.

    Is it okay if I jump in here at week 3? I'm currently participating in another challenge that will end in 2 weeks. I need something to get me through the summer months. I'm healing from several injuries and have not had any intentional exercise for over a year. I want to start now regaining my fitness and this will help keep me accountable. It's going to be slow, but I have to start somewhere.

    Week 1 – 225lbs. I exercised a lot this week but ate too many calories.
    Week 2 – 225lbs. Still no change, but I’ve done better with my diet the past few days so hopefully I’ll see a downward trend this week.

    @GW4321 Well Done on improving your eating habits. small consistent changes lead to big results. Remember it's 80% diet 20% exercise. ;)
