6/08 - 62.6kg (-0.4kg) - Christened our new BBQ yesterday and got a lot of veggies in. Resisted the last half a krispy kreme hanging about the house. I wish my partner would just hurry up and eat it already!
6/07 - 62.6kg (0.0kg)- Weigh in was a pleasant surprise after a big carby dinner last night. I succumbed to that stupid half a doughnut as well - I just got sick of looking at it haha. Lots of incidental exercise today and a light dinner planned.
6/08 - 61.9kg (-0.7kg) - I'm very excited and very dubious. I'm off sick with a cold so it is likely that the loss is dehydration. Still cool to see that 61.xx number Aiming for my goal weight of under 60kg by my birthday on the 9th July so it's potentially only one month to go! Let's do this!!
6/09 - 62.3kg (+0.4kg)- I'm ok with this. Had a BBQ at a friend's house with lots of delicious food and drinks. Still trending downwards too
6/10 - 62.3kg (0.0kg) - Had a light eating day yesterday and today. Feeling motivated and super excited to see my weight staying under the 63s (despite a little weekend indulgence)

6/07: 101.1kg/222.9lbs – Amazing start to the round!! Imagine if I could creep below 100kg… Slept in today instead of going for a run and I regret it however I did work 16 hours yesterday, and working 16 hours today. Might try to run tomorrow morning instead!!

6/07 - 139.8 - I did a yoga class yesterday for the first time in 2 years. Every muscle in my body is screaming at me!!!!

6/09 - 141.0 - muscles are nearly back to normal so went to the gym!
6/10 - 141.0 - need to cut back on the snacking so I'm trying something new.....only 3 snacks a day (doesn't matter what it is). At the moment its probably way over 10 a day. Anything and everything that's got sugar in it.
It's 11:20am and I've already had 2! It's probably going to be a tough day!

I had 5 snacks yesterday. Big improvement on last week! The 'table of fair game' at work is the worse for me. There is always cake, biscuits etc and (at the moment) I can't resist!

6/07- 132.4 - lots of brown rice and broccoli for lunch and dinner. Need to make sleep a priority.
6/08 - 133.2 -always annoying when you eat no processed food, lots of veggies and come in heavier. Gym and yoga. Intermittent fast from 6pm-11am.
6/09 132.8. Yay. Was expecting to have gained weight as we did sushi last night but I don’t use say sauce so winning. I slept through my morning alarm to go run. Sleep continues to be a need. Plan to run later and indoor Rock climb.
6/10-133. I had 2 beers and pasta for dinner last night. I needed the carbs. Lots of physical activity so came in under my calorie allowance. 2 hour solid effort bike ride this am. Goal is to not “reward” myself with junky food and /or beer but rather healthy foods and just one beer or glass of wine. I got sleep last night and feel so much better!
6/11 - 132.8. intermittent fast. Last night I ate a frozen veggie pizza. The whole dang thing. But I was hungry. Amd too lazy to prepare real food.. Not the best but not the worst. Enjoyed adult beverages, too. Early dinner last night to prepare for morning fast. Headed to the gym and then a short hill repeat run.

Been a crazy month - Missed the end of round 40 and the last two rounds! Been away three times, been to lots of family events and never got round to weighing and logging! But so need to get back to this challenge – missed it and seeing everyone else's posts! Not expecting a massive rise on the scale but sure there will be a few extra pounds
Very busy 7 weeks ahead (3 weekends away for Cheerleading Competitions, weekend away for sons wedding, daughters, sons and granddaughters birthdays, friends wedding, my birthday) - its never ending and there's never a month where there isn't something happening but its not a reason - its an excuse! So I'm back to it with a new target of 135lb before my holiday at the start of August - so 8 weeks - which I'm sure is more than do-able - first weigh in on Thursday morning..... Can't wait to get back into it......
6/07 - 141.20lb - ouch! Don't like seeing the 140's again - time to focus! 5 and a bit rounds till my holiday to lose half a stone (7lb to our non uk challengers!) - so aiming this round to get to 139.xx or lower of course! Tough with a cheer weekend this weekend but not going to get any easier as the weeks go by....... Enjoy everyone

6/07 - 167.5 - I'm down today, but we celebrated a birthday last night and I went over my weight loss calories. I'm expecting a little bump up tomorrow, but this is a nice way to start.
6/08 - 166.5 - I got on the scale 3 times to be sure. I doubt this sticks, but it's so nice to see that number!
6/09 - 167.5 - I had a feeling this was where it was going to be today. I've also just celebrated my husband's birthday with cake and margarita's, so tomorrow probably won't be much better, but I'll be back on track after tomorrow.
6/10 - 168.5 - Woohoo, those margarita's with the salt rimmed glasses were good! I am so glad I joined this group so I can be held accountable for these little celebrations and then get back on the wagon. The worst thing I could do is to let this weight gain take hold and keep gaining a couple pounds every month as I've done in the past.

6/08 - 156.6 - Nice to see this number again. Had high amount of sodium yesterday so might see an increase the next day or two but tried to drink lots of water too. Busy weekend starting today with some kind of food get together each day so will need to have lots of will power and really pay attention to what I eat so I don't gain.

6/8 – 188lbs – nice, had lots of fish and veggies yesterday. Also had adult beverages.
6/9 – 191lbs – makes no cents but we all know it happens even when we eat right.
6/10 – 191lbs – eat good. Had an entire jar of pickles 3 days in a row now. love them but maybe to much salt.

6/07--176.4 Yes!!! Happy to see some movement to start off the round! Had a good day yesterday; didn't snack throughout the day and ended up only a few calories over my goal.
6/08--176.2 Two days in a row is beautiful! I am determined to make this last the whole round! No snacking yesterday but I did overeat Ben and Jerry's non-dairy ice cream last night. Even so, only a few calories over my goal.

Hello! Joining in late. Please don’t flay me if I’m breaking some kind of unspoken rule. I weigh myself everyday but don’t log it because I think I’ll jinx myself. I usually log loss once it stays under for a few days. This might be a great way for me to document my weight every day.

6/07 179.2/ I’m really hoping for a loss this time, I won’t be travelling for work at all and I started an exercise regime. I haven’t eaten back any of the additional calories I burned boxing or walking earlier this week, so here’s to hoping.
6/08 179.8/ A little disappointing, but I’m sure that it’s water weight.
6/09 179.8/ Stuck here for two days now, I just need to do a lot better today.

Started this challenge at round 27, at 227.8. I ended round 38 at 194. That is a 33 pound loss! I love this challenge! It goes against everything I USED to believe about weighing in daily, and has taught me to really listen to my body, not get discouraged by small set backs, and to celebrate the small victories!
So, again, I stayed in the 180's in the last round barely. I would like to really secure myself in the 80's, so I can move on!

Does anyone know if that initially loss comes back a little?
I personally haven't seen the large initial weight come back. It tends to be a lot of water weight. My upward fluctuations tend to be water weight from either too much sodium, not enough water, or a combination of the two. Once refocused, that generally comes off as fast as that initial water weight does.

6/7 145.0 finally ate a decent day! Ate under calories and didn’t eat sweets. Going to really try to stay away from sweets and ice cream these 10 days! Been really hard this summer.
6/8 145.6 ate good!
6/9 147 ate horrible on the boat all day. Eating seeds, junk food. But I exercised!
6/10 147.2 grrrr ate a lot this weekend gotta get back on track!!!
