Thanks @Elise4270 I wondered that too. But in case I did upset or offend someone I didn't mean to.

I'm with Elise on this one - probably a miss-click, and either way, it was a totally inoffensive post. The only thing I can possibly think of is that someone might have interpreted your comment about choosing not to eat before running as encouraging unhealthy eating behaviors, but that's a pretty absurd reading given how common fasted cardio and intermittent fasting is in these parts. Personally, I rarely eat before running - I like to keep the time between rolling out of bed and hitting the pavement as brief as possible, and I've certainly never noticed any negative effects of it.

I agree. I never eat before a run anymore, and it is very common in the running community to run fasted. Although, if i run/bike in the afternoon, i will have obviously eaten sometime prior to the activity.

Wasn't able to run all week - work was crazy. Y'all have been busy! My last post was on page 23 - one week later page 43!!! Yikes. I have some catching up to do!

I wanna take a second cuz my earlier post was reported as abuse... I am confused as to why it was reported and it was not my intent to upset anyone - especially as I was speaking about myself in the post. I'd just like to clarify that.

I saw that. You did nothing wrong. The mods do look at it and you shouldn't worry about it. I wonder if it was done inadvertently scrolling on mobile.

I also saw the flag and thought it must have been hit accidentally. Absolutely nothing offending in the post.
