    What is everyone's goal for next week?

    To break my plateau!!!!! I have been bouncing between the same few pounds for over a month now. My low end of the bounce (which I have hit 3 times now....including today) is 125.5#. My high end of the bounce is 128#. My goal for next week is to be lower than my low. If I can get off this plateau, I would be thrilled!!!!

    I just recently started Turbo Fire and increased my calorie levels -- hoping that will do the trick!!!!
