    ROUND 4 FOR ME - Female 58 yrs old Original starting weight 235 on 1/11/18

    Goals: 1. To be an inspiration to my 22 year old Autistic son who started his weighloss journey on May 1, 2018 weighing 308.4 .
    2. 3 lb loss to land at 188.4 or less
    3. No Bingeing
    4. No “cheat days” only “Earn days”. No “Earn Days” only “Earn Meals” which are much easier to bounce back fro
    5. 10,000 steps per day. Mixed modes of exercise.
    6. Lots of water, green tea daily, apple cider vinegar before carby meals.
    7. Check my blood sugar daily for improvements.

    6/27 – 181.2 I’LL TAKE IT!!!! It makes no sense, but I’ll take a drop any day of any week … and thank you scale. Let’s get under the 180s this round.

    6/29 – 181.6 I’m spending so much time sightseeing (and eating) with my niece from overseas and I can’t seem to find my control. She’s here for another week, let’s hope I don’t completely derail.

    7/01 – 180.6 – Ate late tonight, so will probably be up on the scale tomorrow. Hope not, but most likely.

    7/06 – 181.0 – Didn’t make goal, but didn’t gain, so that’s something, I guess. Thinking through what I have to change for next round.

    Well, this week I have increased my activity seriously and this has wreaked havoc with the daily weigh-ins I must say. I think I need to tone it down a little?

    I am SO SO determined!! I 100% NEED to stay mindful about my daily logging and being mindful about what I eat and drink.

    This is a long term thing, a few bad days is something I'm getting better at coping with.

    I have lost the same four pounds between 307 and 303 at least six times. How silly is that? Last time down these pounds....go away 307.....
