Breakfast: Cranberries
Lunch: Fennel, orange, lemon, zucchini, garlic, jalapenos
Dinner: Pumpkin, jackfruit, onion, corn, tomatoes0 -
I had a small honey mango with lunch which included a spinach salad, and dinner had a mix of veg including cauliflower/kale/cabbage/sprouts.0

Today I will have:
none w/ breakfast
lunch includes cucumber (if I can find one in my garden, they are getting scarse, I suck at growing cucumbers) and cherry tomatoes
pineapple, watermelon and blueberries for a snack
dinner includes avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice, beans... if I want a snack later I'll have edamame ... I'm on a edamame kick right now.

Today breakfast was yogurt with strawberries, apple, pineapple, mandarins and grapes.
Lunch was vegetable skewers on the BBQ with peppers, red onion and tomatoes.
Dinner was chicken and hummus with celery, more peppers, carrots and cucumber.
So far today...11! This is not typical for me though! Just on holiday from work and it’s a heatwave in the UK so only want to eat cool foods! Usually eat between 6-8 a day.0 -

Spinach, Strawberries (1 cup), 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) and 1/2 cup of bell peppers & asparagus.0 -
Breakfast had blueberries and bell pepper
Lunch had a cucumber
Dinner had a salad and 2 corns
Snack had watermelon, cherry tomatoes, and snow peas.

Can I count chia seeds? Flax seed?
