6/28 - 196.4 - I had a good week - Celebrated anniversary last weekend at a food truck - ate a lot and practiced logging it and moving on - positive growth - got right back to it for the week and seeing a slow downward trend. TOM imminent.
7/5 - 197.6 - 2 Birthdays, the holiday, and my period. (forgot to check in here last week but I track daily weights so I was able to refer back to my notes)
7/11 - 193.0 - Finally! A whoosh! I was 195.2 yesterday after not getting below 196 for almost two weeks! Back on the right track
7/19 - 194.0 - Libra app still shows a general downward trend at rate of 1 lb/week. But my data points have been above the trend line a few more times than I prefer to see so I know I need to tighten up the eating and logging
7/26 - 192.0 - 20.6 lbs lost to date - this week was a good one with consistent losses.3 -

Pounds to Challenge Goal = 13 (Aprox. 1.6 lbs per week)
Weekly Update: Down 2.6 from last week. I meal planned and did meal prep last Sunday and that set me up for a good week nutrition wise this past week. I started my 90 day exercise challenge and have completed week 1, only 11 more weeks to go! Feeling a little sore in spots, so it is definitely targeting some different muscles than the 30 day challenge I completed before this one. One of my goals this week was to be more conscious of my alcohol consumption: I only had wine 2 evenings (3 glasses 1 evening at a social event, 1 glass the other evening with my husband), compared to 4 evenings the prior week. Still on track to hit my goal of 144 at the end of challenge, I'm "officially" out of the overweight zone when under 145.1 -

6/23: 168.8 BMI=24.92 Overweight by 0.02! For 5’9”
6/30: 167.6 BMI=24.75 Normal! For 5’9”
7/7: 167.6 BMI=25.1 (measured & I’m just 5’8.5”) I did reach normal goal for the lower height July 3, 166.4, so I’m sure I’ll head back there soon. Heat & heavier exercise tends to make me retain water. I’m under my calories burned daily.
7/14: 166.0 BMI=24.9 Normal for 5’8.5”
Things are going well.
7/21:165.4 BMI= 24.8 I’m definitely back on track. Dropped below initial Challenge GW. Now, on to 163!

Woohoo I'm -10 lbs!
I did eat at Panera one night this week, which is fast food, but a heck of a lot better than some other options!
I exceeded my exercise goal this week by gardening, going to Zumba, and taking my dog for a walk, and today I intend to do some swimming at the beach 🌅🏊😊

Weekly Update: Down 1.4 from last week. I feel like my weight loss is slowing down, but a loss is a loss and it is all going in the right direction. I may not reach my challenge goal but I should be close to it. This past week has been a bit of a struggle. My sleep was not great and once that goes then the stress creeps back in and then my nutrition starts to suffer (under calories all week but not the best choices). My exercise still went according to plan, now in week 3 of my 90 day challenge but I felt sluggish through most of my workouts because of the issues with sleep/stress/nutrition. I've re-evaluated what I've been doing and made some changes and should be back on track with everything this upcoming week. Feeling good about the upcoming week. I am headed out on a mini vacation on Friday so want to get in some solid results before that.3 -
