    7/2 - 56 mins (45 Pilates, 11 walking/stair climbs), 6,294 steps
    7/3 - 2hr 37 min hike, elev. 929 feet, 3.7 miles, 13,504 steps. Really thrilled I could do this so easily - continuously with no sitting!! Definitely stronger than 4 mos. ago!

    7/6 - 66 mins walk, 9,361 steps
    7/7 - 40mins, 7,027 steps
    7/8 94 mins of walks, 11,914 steps
    7/9 58 = Pilates (45m) & running in place/stairs (13m) 6,173 steps

    7/11 60 mins = Pilates (45) + walking/stairs (15), 5,356 steps [back of knee pain]
    7/12 big hike became a walk [knee] so,
