Happy Tuesday. Sure hope another wagon is passing my way soon because I need to jump back on one. Carpe diem!

Hi all,
Nova Scotia, Canada here. I’ve been on MFP for about a month and a half. I started on a low fodmap diet in May to try and help with my ibs symptoms. Although this is not a weight loss diet, you do have to be very conscious of portions. As of May 7th I am down 19.2 lbs. I am feeling so much better and trying to be more active, but with depression it is not always easy. Aiming for a goal weight of 170, so have 38.4 lbs to go.
Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday. Feel free to add me.5 -
Happy Tuesday everyone. Looks like it's Leg day for a bunch of us.. As @mllncmpfan2000 said; it's a love / hate thing to be sure. But, friend don't let friends skip leg day..3

For dinner last night, I had 2dz maryland steamed crabs, I managed to only drink water instead of beer with them but I think mfp shutdown after it loaded my sodium for the day....lol3

Happy Wednesday. The wagon passed by yesterday (after four days of waiting) and I jumped on it! Good eating day, good 5k run (even though it was in NJ pea soup humidity). Today back to lifting. Carpe diem!3

Yes I was just joking, lol. Although I looked @ last year's results and the 2nd place overall was a 39yr old woman who ran it in 38 minutes, for me to win the 36-40 age group I would need to shave off a minute each mile and only 4 weeks to do it...0
