A rough and slow 11.9 miles tonight - I know better than to eat before running. Ended the month with 186.11 miles vs. a target of 152.

No running for the last two days. This month's mileage will stand at 61.8km vs goal of 90km. Ah well.
Other goals:
1: get into marathon training plan, hit all long runs - big nope.
2: retain current level of (haphazard) cycling and strength training - yep.
3: hit the trails at least once - Great Wall counts as a trail, right? Right??

Wrap up July a tad short on the running goal. I can run the 5 minute intervals, just have pussed out on doing it because its hot, and I'm still working out the niggles from surgery/injury.
