Thank you!! I am. It's hard looking at the before because of how sick I was. I was miserable and tired all the time. Still need a lot of recovering, but my energy is so much better!16 -
My heaviest was 225lbs and a size 24(snug...see photo of me in the purple and green prom gown)
Now I am 140lbs and a size 4.
I’d like to lose a bit more weight...maybe 10-15lbs because I do still have a tummy pooch so I have to cut more body fat, but I’m happy and comfortable with my body now!
I eat a vegan diet and lift heavy weights btw

Ok here goes I started on this journey about 3 years ago, done really well, then became far too complacent and put all the weight and more back on. So I’ve started afresh currently at 9lb weight loss. It’s been really frustrating as I can’t see results but looked back at pictures and thought, actually I have done well. It’s not easy (pcos sufferer) and I have fallen off the wagon at times, but I always pick myself back up at my biggest I was 260 pounds.....the lowest I got to was 198 a few years ago I weighed in yesterday at 216. It’s slow going but it’s going😋😋33 -

My last set of progress pics from a few months ago. Currently in recomp. My best advice is enjoy the process and lifestyle changes you’re making. Sometimes progress can be slow but if you’re enjoying what you’re doing that won’t stop you. This is a 32lb difference from pic 1 to pic 3 and it took me 2 years.51 -

My sentiments exactly! Find really exciting foods that support your goals and make eating a pleasure, rather than thoughtlessly fuelling on overprocessed 'pap'. My meals do take a little longer to plan and prepare but are so much better for that. I eat less but enjoy more. Find exercise and activity that are pleasurable and add richness to your life rather than undertaking programmes/routines that feel like punishment. New activities can lead to new lifelong friends and enjoyment and can add so much to life other than just weightloss. They don't HAVE to include sports gear, gyms or pain (unless you enjoy that). Congrats @SCoil123 on your new health and fitness.8 -

March 2017:
Now:
I went from a size 14 to a size 4/6. I hit my original goal - 140 lbs - in December 2017. Then I decided to drop to 130 and reached that in April 2018. I've been in maintenance since then, although I've dropped a few more pounds in the process. I'm currently 128 lbs at 5' 6.5".56 -
This thread just fills me with JOY and DELIGHT. I LOVE seeing how y'all ( ALL of YOU) are looking drop dead gorgeous and so healthy and CUTE! YAY to you ALL and thanks so much for posting....WOW ladies super NICE jobs!!!!!10

yes agreed. The smiles on your faces is worth all the pain and crap you've gone through. Awesome!!3

So there's not a whole lot of difference here (except for the tan haha), but that's because I started quite recently. The left photo was taken in May, the right photo today. I weighed 72,5 kg / 160 lbs on the left pic and just over 70 kg / 154 lbs on the right. It's a start... Hoping for quicker progressions now because I can't stand those love handles.

The first photo is from July 2016 - and this wasn't even when I was at my biggest. I gained an additional 20-25 lbs. The other one is from last week
