I've only been training for nine weeks so I don't know if it would count as wisdom but the best piece of advice I've been given is that when you hear that voice inside your head telling you that you can't do something, tell the voice to jog on and do it anyway haha!

The clothed pics are the full 12 weeks apart (as I didn’t take proper before pics) 82kg (181 lbs - bmi 32 to 73kg (160 lbs -bmi 28.5)
The others show from 78.5kg to 73kg

It’s inspiring to see these pictures, understanding the work and change and time it takes to achieve.
I’m still in progress, another 15-20 to go, but I’ve lost nearly 85 lbs.

Off and on progress for about 3 years. Lifting and counting calories, nothing fancy. I’ve put a few pounds back on since the “after”, so using myself as motivation to get back on the wagon.
EDIT: maybe a 15-20 lbs difference19
