Have a great week people.
WOW. U go guys!! I'm def not an early bird. Evening work outs for me
Evening workouts for me too, but not because I'm not an early bird. I'm up early, but my body doesn't cooperate with my mind so early in the morning. Wish it did though.0 -

Same. I'm up super early thinking "maybe I'll go to the gym," then I have my coffee and if I'm lucky, 15 minutes of morning Yoga. But I go to the gym immediately after work to be sure I get there.0 -

So much this! I'm an early bird by force, not by choice. Now where's my damn coffee.2 -

Thoughts for the day:

I don't think this is an actual group like on FB that you have to be added. It's a forum that anyone can post to.
So, WELCOME TO THE FORUM.2 -
Happy hump-day eve! We're almost to the midway point of the week. Just keep swimming!
Whatever your goals I hope that you hit them!
Have a great day.2 -
Hello - I had not seen this group before. I am Gabi, I've been trying to lose weight on/off for years. Wow - does it gets harder each time I've tried. It's inspiring to see everyone's journey.
Personally, I cannot wait until the kids go back to school so I can get back to a normal routine! I enjoy my AM workouts, but I am currently working out in the evening and it's TOO HOT IN TEXAS!3 -
This is a good group in here. If you haven't gotten a friend request from me yet, shoot one over. Would love to get to know some of you.2

Just felt weird all day. Kind of numb feeling at the thought of it. Most birthdays before that, meant absolutely nothing to me.
Something strange about being so old, but it hasn't really "affected" me in any other way yet.0 -

I think I know what you mean, 40 hit me really hard, it was like BAM how'd I get this old.. Im not looking forward to 50 truthfully 😔
I often see much older people and wonder if they still think of themselves as younger on the inside..
I feel about 30 😅
