I'm so excited middle agers, I get to go skate tonight. I'll probably have to work with someone on a dance they hope to test. But I do love being on the ice5

Sure is a lot harder at 43 than it was at 23!!!3

Nothing special. It's 50 that felt different to me.
How did 50 affect you Tony?
Just felt weird all day. Kind of numb feeling at the thought of it. Most birthdays before that, meant absolutely nothing to me.
Something strange about being so old, but it hasn't really "affected" me in any other way yet.
I think I know what you mean, 40 hit me really hard, it was like BAM how'd I get this old.. Im not looking forward to 50 truthfully 😔
I often see much older people and wonder if they still think of themselves as younger on the inside..
I feel about 30 😅
Good for you, but that 30s feeling can't last forever.0 -

I like cinnamon
I love cinnamon too!
Good morning y'all 👋
Love cinnamon. Lately one of my go to coffees is an Americano w/ white chocolate, little creamer, with cinnamon & nutmeg. Awesome sipper while enjoying a good book.
I love nutmeg sprinkled on my coffee0 -

I know what you mean! I will be 56 in a week and a half and I sometimes don't realize how "old" I am. I am technically retired, a grandma and at some places eligible for senior discounts (ugh). I may be "old" but I don't really feel it! (thank goodness) Like you, it hasn't affected me in other ways and I hope it stays that way for a long time! Here's to the :Fabulous Fifties"!
Very good. And yes, those "seniors" discounts sure make it worthwhile.1 -

Happy Friyay. Well, I ended up taking the entire week off from the gym (and from cardio) because I didn't go again last night. Did do Yoga every morning and before bed. Will.Go.To.Gym.Tonight. And tomorrow. Running Sunday. Nutrition is in order, although I do have a hankering for Fireball for some reason. Carpe Diem!2
