Just turning 42 and began to reclaim myself a few months back. I downloaded this app because my trainer has me tracking macros and didn't realize there was so much more on here. Best of luck to all in whatever your personal journey is and keep up the good work!1

Amen to that, going to be doubly tough this weekend, followed by 11 days of further struggle.
Company picnic & friends b-day BBQ tomorrow. Car show @ a brewery on Sunday afternoon. Then I'm off to visit the folks in TN for a week and a half where I know there is going to be even more BBQ and non-stop food. I already know I'm not likely going to stay on track, and I'm ok with that as it's a special circumstance, I just hope I don't slip too far behind. It'll be interesting to say the least.0 -
48 and counting. Best shape of my life in this recently new body that is over 100 lbs less of me !8

Hi all0

Happy Friday, all.
Heading out for our regular Friday night open water swim. The lake is pretty and the water is warm. Hoping to dodge the raindrops for an easy bike/run tomorrow and then a swim/run on Sunday.
Have to keep food choices on point this weekend!

I always struggle too with special occasions and travel. I have found to mind my portions and do my best to keep moving when I can. Best of luck and enjoy!2 -

Happy Friday Middle Agers! I've followed this thread since the beginning, but I haven't been here in a couple of months. I have ALOT of catching up to do! I had over 1500 notifications! Anyway, just saying hello after a long absence1

Hey middle agers it's the weekend!!!
Anyone have any super fun plans? We have dinner with some friends tomorrow.
So have had a little shoulder pain for awhile now. Skating last night didn't make it happy. It hurt while I tied my skates, hurt while I skated, threw me off balance so I got home and texted my physio guy. Enough is enough. I did have fun teaching my friend. He tries so hard and said it's so much more fun with a friend to skate with. I agree0 -

87 degrees for me right now, but there's a breeze blowing. That's 31 Celsius for the non-Americans on here. I'm bilingual when it comes to temperature.1 -

But doesn't having 0 as the freezing point make more sense than 32? Like 0 is kinda nothing anything above is nice, below is not so nice
It's 26 or 78 here. It is starting to feel like fall is on its way0 -
Morning all! It's supposed to rain here today, perfect for the planned company picnic and my buddy's birthday bbq. Doh! Ah well, we need it. I don't think we've had any rain for a good month now.blessedwith3boys wrote: »Im 42. can somebody add me? I need a good support team.

Birthday bbqs are fun but killer for trying to eat well. We have had so much rain lately there was flooding. Now the ground just feels soggy but my garden is oh so happy0
