I'm in again, this one will be a challenge as I'll be on holiday back home for most of it - ice creams, cake, bbq, beer. But I'll have a digital scale, see how that goes.

Round 48: Loss=259-255.6 = (-3.4)
Round 49: Loss = 258.4 (starting weight) -253.6 = 4.8 lbs, 255.6 (ending weight from Round 48)-253.6 = 2 lbs

8/16 85.6kg (+0.1kg) That's really fine after a 7 ounce lost overnight! I'm thinking of slowing down the weightloss, since I don't need to loose too much more weight (about 6kg/13lbs). On the other side, things go well and it isn't very hard on me to eat less. So not sure yet. I'm leaving in 4 weeks on a 3 week trip to Botswana and Namibia in Africa. Maybe I'll just continue till then the way I do now and slow down after the my vacation.... And how knows...... maybe I just don't wanna stop at 79 kilo's

I couldn't finish round 49, I hope this one will be better. Actually, I started to go the fitness. I do almost every day, however, I binge eat. For this reason, I cannot lose weight.

8/16 148.2 Stationed in Germany. We’ve been here for two months. When visiting Prague, I really felt my age (41) for the first time. Walking and touring the city was exhausting. I need to lose weight for energy. I also want to be a great example for my children and husband. I started “Beat Yesterday” and “RELENTLESS” as my mantras for motivation. I’m hoping this challenge gets me on the right track to eating healthy and holding myself accountable. If I can’t be honest with myself about my food choices, I may have bigger problems.

I'm trying to shift the holiday kilos and then some, to get back to my usual maintenance weight.
This round I'll be focusing on:- getting my head around restricting calories again
- no snacking except the pre-logged snacks
- no alcohol
Target weight: 62kg
Target loss this round: -1kg

End weight last round: 80.3 kg which was down 0.7 kg from the beginning of the round. Hoping for a similar loss this round, which would FINALLY get me under 80 kg!

8/16 80.5 kg - up a little from yesterday's low. Stayed within calories but made a stir fry with soy, salty foods always make me retain water a bit so not too worried. Tonight also will have salty food bc my dad is coming to visit and he looooves Indonesian, but I will try to control the quantity of what I eat and drink plenty of water. And I have a visit to the gym planned this afternoon so will hopefully have some calories to spare.

8/16 - 256...did fairly well yesterday, stayed just under calories and had a good amount of water. Only went for one small walk though. I'm not good in heat and it was hot and humid here..my body was feeling extra heavy and tired because of it. I had a huge craving for ice cream before bed but managed to keep myself from having it...yay! Lol

8/16 166.8 apparently my body likes this number lol. Ate 1200 calories last night ...right on the dot, never done that before. 80 min insanity and 2 liters of water. Overall a great day, no complaints. It has been two weeks since I last took my measurments so today I will have to do that
