After traveling,& doing a volunteer thing all of July...SHE IS BACK.Amazingly my weight remained the same(hard to believe).Maybe I am learning something.

FIRST OF ALL I ADMIRE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU AND YOUR DEDICATION TO THE TEAM. AT TIMES THINKING ABOUT THE TEAM HAS HELPED ME FROM FALLING OF THE RAILS OF THE WEIGHT LOSS TRAIN. LAST MONTH I ONLY WENT COMPLETELY OFF THE DIET 4 DAYS. 4 DAYS IN 30 DAYS IS THE BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT I'VE HAD. lITTLE LESS KEPT ON WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS FOR 2 MONTHS.

I had a rough week! I was away again last week and the scale went up... I also did something to my knee which has had 5 surgeries already, hopefully doctor says it is okay today. Scale is thankfully back down today and I saw a new number finally!!

Hi there! Gonna join as well, but only for 20 pounds! I am not that much overweight, so 20 pounds is a lot for me.
About me: 29, male, 178 cm, 187.3lb
Start: 21% bf, 187.3 lb
Goal: ~10% bf (probably around 166lb)
diet: Going for clean 1300-1500 calories, mostly chicken, tuna, vegetables, whole grain stuff and lots of water.
Wanna archieve this until december 1st! After that, gonna go full bulk and heavy lifting to have that beach body around summer
I have lost 20 pounds in 2 months in 2017, but it was with lots of exercise and little food, resulted in a very grumpy me and often felt dizzy and had circulation problems. Also probably lost good amount of muscle.
3.5 months seems much more healthy. Going for some light workouts, slow running and also some high intensity workouts (like FYR of bodybuilding.com) as soon as I can do that without being sore for 3 days after Haven't done anything for almost a year, so I will go easy for the next 14 days After that will raise intensity ofc.
If anyone wants to share workouts, diets, progress, etc. -> add me
