My Goal for the next 10 days : if i Can have same results as previous round that will be awesome but i will try to do better.
Strategy: eat better, drink vinaigre acide twice a day, burn 350-400 cal by doing exercices . Intermittent fasting. This round will try not to eat after 6PM, it seems that's very helpful for weightloss.

Goal:
I’m entering maintenance mode this round. As I’ve lost and reached my UGW I think my maintenance range should be to always try and stay below 110 lbs and mostly in between 107-110 lbs range.
Weight loss/gain within maintenance range should also fluctuate, as my plan is to now tone up and gain lean muscle, so need to remind myself to be ok with muscle gain and how that reflects on my daily weighing. Let’s see how it goes.

I'm focusing again this round on following the anti-inflammatory diet I started a couple of weeks ago, with daily walks and meditation.
Goals:
Food ~~ 1430 calories max; P 15-25%, C 35-50%, F 25-35%; anti-inflammatory diet.
Exercise: 60 minutes/day of walking/swimming + daily stretching.

8/26 – 179.0 Hello old friends! Welcome Newbies! Let’s get it done this round! YESTERDAY’S STATS: 21 Net Carbs. 1269 Calories In / 2197 Calories Out. 7,235 total steps. 3.06 total miles. 11/13 (250) fitbit steps. Not a lot of movement today and no exercise. Drywall man and carpenters back doing more work on the renovations and redesign of my livingroom. Everything in the house is askew and a mess. Ugg. My diet was on point with some extra protein. Saw a dermatologist for the 1st time recently due to extreme hair loss. Not related to weight loss as this started in 2015 and has escalated. May be related to my prior chemotherapies in 2009, 2010 and 2011. So a bit of extra protein along with prescription prenatal (wow!) vitamins and prescription hair oil and prescription shampoo is what he is trying. I’ve added a protein shake to my diet. I am already on a low carb which also gives me a good amount of protein. I feel totally ready for this round and want to get in the 170’s for the 1st time since 2007. When I originally started my diet in Jan 2018 I set my goals for 8-10 pounds per month. Now that I am getting closer to goal weight I have set my goals to 6 pounds per month/2 pounds per round.
MY SON’s CURRENT WEIGHT: 1.2 more pounds down. Total weight loss 24.6 since May 1, 2018. Most of the time he is not giving me too much trouble on the diet though I have to carefully plan his to include snacks, carbonated beverages (like ICE) and some of the foods he loves most (in the right quantity). He is always so proud of every achievement and I am so very proud of him. I just want to teach him healthy eating that works for his Autistic easting and sensory disorders before I get older and it’s my turn to meet God.

Well I'll be sitting this round out as I'll be on vacation. I was hoping to have lost 19 pounds at this time but I hit a wall that lasted for the entire last round and I've been stuck on a 15 pound loss, which is actually pretty great. Good luck to all of you and I'll be back for the next round.19
