Sadly, no. I now write with my right, but I throw with my left. My left arm is also stronger.

With regard to real estate, I live on a lake where a cheap lot sells for $495,000. We bought ours for less than $150,000 with a cabin on it in 2000. But off of the lake, you can buy a very nice house for $350,000, and an older home for less than $200,000 (usually with a big yard).
