    @Vanguard1, Have you been eating enough the past few days? I would love to do OMAD, but I have a problem eating enough food in that one meal. The two times I planned OMAD, I did not drop any weight. I have also had three or four days of OMAD unplanned in the past 6 months and I successfully lost weight. I was so hungry that I managed to eat enough food.

    Is it possible for me for not post weight everyday? I binned my scales to stop myself from going crazy so weigh in at the gym x

    Congratulations on your amazing weight loss. You’re doing so well & I know you exercise a ton. I’m sure you are recomping.

    Are you taking your measurements? As I get closer to GW, the scale moves more slowly & the measurements far more!
