I just finished ordering my new recumbent exercise bike....should arrive on Wednesday. Can't WAIT....my last bike was instrumental in my initial weight loss of 50 pounds. I am actually looking forward to workouts again.3

Already made preparations last week to see a trainer today foe accountability. I have a YMCA membership and it comes with a free hour with a trainer a week. I plan to workout with weights each week. It's something I've never tried. I wanted to do something different in hopes that I will get different results!
Try something different but be wise and be safe. Ask this group for suggestions and advice if you're not sure you should try something.

If your Y has water aerobics. DO IT,they are fun,time goes quockly But most importantly it is a good work out ,look it up .Very social as well

@ghy139, I truly miss water aerobics at the Y. They are fun workouts and really work your muscles. I even took classes when I was pregnant.0 -

Hi, im getting back on the wagon
I've got a 5 week goal till end of Sept of 3kg/6.5lbs
And a 12 weeks goal of 6-7kg/14lbs
CW: 68kg/150lbs
1st GW: 65kg/143.5lbs
UGW: 62kg/ 136lbs
1st GW is my anniversary
2nd is a special night out...
Just writing this down is helping me feel more motivated and determined.
