WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: I will be on vacation during the week of the 10th, but will try to find a scale, probably in the hotel workout room. I'm looking forward to the challenge of eating healthy and exercising while we travel. There"s really no excuse these days as most places have good food choices available and exercise options as well. It's really just a matter of making healthy choices which is not my string suit. If I meet my goals through Dec I will be a happy camper.

Ambitious to lose 4.25 a week, I know - my average on keto is 20 lbs a month (so far)... so I'll reach high and give it a shot, can always adjust as needed.
