    JUNE ACTUAL: 147.4 Holy *kitten*. I made it! Just 2.5 pounds to ultimate goal, but I know it will be up and down.... June 30 is my lowest weight ever, and it was the first day my trending weight dropped below 150. I have no doubt I will pop back up again, but the trend still looks good! River trip coming up, so who knows what will happen. I will be VERY active, and I will also be eating at will.

    JULY 16: 147.6 -- I was under my ULTIMATE goal for three days (144.8 and 144.4). This little bounce-back certainly is natural fluctuation, but it doesn't feel good.
    JULY 23: 148.8 -- Just back from a river trip. I ate and drank at will, and even celebrated when I got back. Better be careful or I'll pop back up out of my goal range, and it feels good to be in my goal range.

    AUGUST 4: 145.2 -- on August 3 before leaving for my dive trip.
    AUGUST 13: 146.2 -- was down to 145.0 when I got back from the trip on August 11.
    AUGUST 20: 147.2. -- Still eating like I was on the dive boat, but I'm not doing four dives a day anymore.
    AUGUST 27: 151.2 -- Uh-oh. Back down to 149.4 by August 28, so we'll see....

    WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: Gained 1.0 pounds.

    CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 7.4 pounds (scale weight 145) in 18 weeks.
    ACTUAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 1.2 pounds in 17 weeks (after bouncing back up from hitting my goal).

    I was successful in getting below my goal of 145 in mid-July. I decided I was officially on "maintenance" for a bit over a month, but now the weight started creeping back, so I've set back to weight loss, at least for a little while. I still plan to move on maintainer challenges since this is just a blip. Join me!

    ACTUAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: -22.1 lbs

    I'm really pleased with my summer progress and the changes I incorporated into my routine this summer, and for getting my brand spanking new gym membership (and then using it). :)

    I think I'll join you all in the Fall challenge. What I found particularly valuable in my participation in the challenge was the weekly obligation to official post or report in, and doing it on Mondays actually kept me from going crazy on the weekends. At first, I thought Mondays?!! Really?!!, but now in self-analysis I realize that too much repetitive weekend flexibility is usually the major contributing factor that messed everything up for me in the past. Knowing I am recording the Monday morning weigh-in as the official weight really kept me in check.
