    The weight loss isn't fat loss, it's waterweight from finishing my TOM. Add to that a 3000 calorie blow out today due to a hangover, iit's not boding well for this challenge, and it's barely begun! I was doing so well. :(

    keep plugging the water in. More than you normally would. That should help some. It usually does with me at TOM. :)
