The weight loss isn't fat loss, it's waterweight from finishing my TOM. Add to that a 3000 calorie blow out today due to a hangover, iit's not boding well for this challenge, and it's barely begun! I was doing so well.
just start fresh today, one bad day, or week isnt going to ruin anything, just start off fresh the next day3 -
