    I'm 47 and out of shape. The goal is to be living healthy and physically active for my 50's. One day at a time. Off to an excellent week. Love dropping pounds.

    It's Saturday!!!!!! It's a hot one again where is fall??? Many trees seem to think it's fall. Why doesn't the temperature??? I want cozy sweaters and flurries in the air. Yes I'm way too Canadian

    It snowed in Calgary I say on Facebook. It's too hot here I'm not happy

    Hmm, not going to snow here!!. It's 29 Celsius, and for those a bit slow, that's 85 Fahrenheit.

    Didn't realize you were talking about ice skating, though you were roller skating. How it's made had an episode about curling stones the other night, didn't know they are 40lbs
