Weekly Update: Lost 1.1 pounds last week. Another week of weird scale fluctuations. Just lost weight the last 2 days after the scale jumping up for no discernible reason. But a loss is a loss, so counting this a successful week! I'm now in week 8 of my 90 day exercise challenge, definitely feeling stronger and after trying on older clothes I know that my body is so much leaner at this current weight than in the past. I'm fitting into clothes I wore last when I weighed 15 pounds less than I do now.4 -

Lost nearly a kilo this week (~2lbs), which is awesome. Just over 4kg (~10lbs) to go.
Finding the calorie goal very manageable, and getting my walking in. Going well.

I'm a little late to this challenge but I did start tracking on Sept. 8. I'm from the Boston area, 64. I skate, dance and cycle for my primary exercise. I have a couple of trips and travel planned during this time so my path may be a little bumpy but hoping this challenge will help me stay on track.

I made changes thia week to help me be a little more successful.

I ate within my calories that week and lifted weights and did cardio. I wasn't on top of things this week. I gained 1.5lbs back. But I didn't workout as much and I didn't follow my calorie restrictions this week as much. I'll have to find something I can do besides eating that can help me relieve stress. I'm hoping to get in the gym 3 times or more this week! We shall see. Work has been interfering with my routines due to me getting off later than usual.3 -

You are doing fantastic on the weight loss as you prepare for your travels. Just remember to enjoy those trips and those moments whether it be for family or for work. I try to minimize damage, but if I have mishaps, my journey and my resolve will still be waiting for me on the other side. I may give in but I never give up. I am seeing a pattern that I don't like. I get too relaxed on the routine that got me the weightloss after I've done well.
I need to be consistently losing each week and for those of you that are, I commend you on a job well done!
So my goal for the next 3 weeks is to have weight losses every week and maintain my workouts and calorie restrictions.

Hurricane threw me off my game. Ate a lot of bad stuff (hurricane snacks) while binge watching Netflix and waiting on the storm that never showed up in our parts. Got plenty of exercise filling sandbags, boarding houses and getting ready for Florence. But too many drive thrus at McDonalds for breakfast and subs for lunch.
Back to the grind today. 7 day cleanse to get my body back in line.4 -

Weekly Update: Lost .5 pounds last week. I was as low as 143.3 yesterday but scale is fluctuating up a bit today, this is a normal occurrence with me at least once a week. This past week has had me off my usual nutrition plan more times that I would like, I went out of town overnight, had a dinner party, and another dinner out as well. But my takeaway even with all those things going on, is that I make better choices now and no longer have an urge to binge or overeat anymore. I4 -
