    It's Saturday!!!
    I decided Monday I'll go see my Dr amd and get a referral for a specialist since my shoulder has been in constant pain. Perhaps surgery is the thing to do.
    For today it's family fun. The boy skates then we are seeing some friends for a gaming lunch then the day is ours to do as we wish. Hooray

    Sometimes getting up and about/doing things helps! And nothing wrong with a nap later!

    Happy Saturday all - after a week of rain, finally have a sunny (but chilly) day which means the fundraising car wash for the rowing team is on and hopefully i can get into some yard work today and tomorrow - enjoy the weekend!

    I was never big on celebrations, but 40 didn't feel special to me. It was 50 that gave me a different feeling. That number seemed so unreal, and I felt a strange numbness all that day.

    Hello all. 39 yrs old. New to this community thing. At the end of 2017, I was so out of shape and felt 68 rather 38. I began getting back in shape in January. I’ve dropped 35 pounds. It’s tough some days, but feel great. Add me!
