9/25 - 249.0...super happy to see this, now just to keep it! Yesterday I was under calories, had 60 mins of walking and 50 oz of water. My cold is still lingering around though.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieve permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

25/09 Nothing much of note to report today, had a lazy logging day yesterday, probably ate a bit more than I should've. I started my bullet diary again for my NSV goals. Made sure to take my vitamins and get plenty of fluids as I'm getting all the warning signs I get before I get a cold. Same aims today and to complete my bullet journal with yesterday's info.8 -

9/25 178.6 I can tell from the way my rings are biting into my fingers that there is some water retention going on here. (ETA) Began the day with C25K second workout. t was a little harder than the first one- i had to take a longer walk break in the middle but I got it done!

9/25 126.1 -- Didn't finish posting in last round -- just so much going on and I didn't weigh in then YESTERDAY morning I did weigh in, and I was 127.0! WHAT? So yesterday did the healthy eating and the 10 mile Monday night bike ride (and last night I really rode hard! Worked those thighs!) and this a.m. was back to 126.1. Relief, but when I hit 125 last week I thought I had turned a corner. Weight goes up, weight goes down --weighing daily teaches you that, but as long as it MOSTLY goes down.... Hoping to hit the 125 mark tomorrow again....doing power yoga (75 min. class) tonight. Hoping to get to 124 or 123 this round. Good to have goals.8
