Hi 👋
I’m returning to MFP.
I am working on my fitness goals and decided that I really need MFP back in my life 😊 New friends for support would be great so please add me!

Goodnight all. Big day for me tomorrow. My daughter takes her driving test for her license. She’s trained well and I have every confidence she’s going to pass with flying colors.
As a father, I enjoy the milestones in my children’s lives. This one has 3 in quick order. Turn 16, get license, graduate high school in another year. Wait. What? Man, I’m feeling old 😆1 -

Have you checked the foods you're eating and ticked "Sodium" as one of your tracked nutrients? I usually toggle sugar off/on when I need to check on sodium and others, as sugar is more of a concern for me after the big ones I track.
Also, since this is the introduction board. Howdy all! Day 32 of constant login and tracking here. 25Lbs down, so feelin' pretty good. Quite a bit to go, but hopefully I'll get there. Hope everyone is having a good day.
Hey great job
And Re the sodium it will cause you to retain fluid and isn't good for blood pressure and in general. Maybe try to cot some out.
Thanks!slimgirljo15 wrote: »CentaurusSoter wrote: »politicalape wrote: »Hi folks. So I am generally meeting my calorie goal each day but always go way over on sodium. Should I be worried?

Another nice loss 👍
Consistent logging will help you keep the eye on the prize.politicalape wrote: »Hi folks. So I am generally meeting my calorie goal each day but always go way over on sodium. Should I be worried?
Well at least you're now aware of it and you can maybe start looking at what things are high in sodium and find an alternative.
Good afternoon middle agers ☺
It really has. I'm pretty sure I'd have gone out of ketosis, gained weight again, and quit altogether if I hadn't made myself weigh, measure, and log everything I've intaked since starting.
I can't believe it's nearly 80 days later and 45Lbs lighter.
Is there an easy way to find topics I've posted in besides typing in my screen name? I only found quoted replies that way.0 -

I saw the most horrible Dr today. He was late, never introduced himself just held his hand out for me to shake. Addressed me only to sit on the exam table. See me so tent on showing his assistant how she was wrong. Manipulated me so much and so aggressively that it hurt and I was sweeping. Never once even asked if it hurt. Addressed two things on my ultrasound report, mentioned one thing that the report said I didn't have.
Suffice to say I have asked for a new referral0 -

That’s a lousy doc. I agree with getting a new referral. You have to be comfortable with a doctor’s bed side manner as well as their expertise.0
