9/25 178.6 I can tell from the way my rings are biting into my fingers that there is some water retention going on here. (ETA) Began the day with C25K second workout. t was a little harder than the first one- i had to take a longer walk break in the middle but I got it done!
9/26 179.2 up but not a problem Annual trip to the ball game with DS1 last night. Skipped the beer (not hard) skipped the sweet potato fries (heroic effort). Had a smoked sausage on a bun - so lots of sodium.
9/27 179.2 today is the last day of special events and projects that have been going on all of September. Things should be calmer and more focused for the next few weeks - tempting fate to say that I know, but fingers crossed.
9/28 179 overslept - so did not begin with a "run" will try to catch up later in the day.
9/29 179.8 But "always look on the bright side of life" I began today with a workout and set a new PR for plank - 4 minutes!

9/25 - 151.5 - I had to hop on the scale a couple times to believe it this morning. I hope it sticks around!
9/26 - 151 - Wow, 1 lb. from my top goal weight. I know my weight will be bouncing up and down over the next week due to water, stress, etc., but seeing this number makes me so happy this morning!
9/27 - 150 - WooHoo! I certainly did not expect to see this! This has been my goal weight since I joined MFP back in February of 2015 weighing 188. I lost and gained back around 15 pounds for 3 years until March of this year. Starting at 186, I decided to really make an effort this time. My loss stalled in May, so I started looking for something to give me the motivation to continue. I found this 10 day challenge. The daily weighing, advice, commiseration, victories, etc. have made all the difference this time. I can't tell you how much I've learned from reading all of your daily stories. Thank you to all!
9/28 - 150.5 - I'm fine with this. I ate about 1100 calories yesterday, so I'm sure it's water retention. Our office has a vendor bringing in pizza for lunch so I'll try to drink plenty of water today.
9/29 - 150.5 - I had a piece of pizza for lunch yesterday and I brought some home so I had a piece for supper. It was Pizza Hut and I checked their web site for nutritional information. I noted the information and when I went to input on MFP I realized how far off the database calories were. My large piece on Pizza Hut's site was 340 calories. In the database people had recorded from 240 to 270 calories. I've seen variations before but nothing that drastic for something that verifiable. That was a reminder for me to double check all my foods.

@tiabirdie56 LOL Carl seems to be desperate for sweets sometimes. I generally don’t even think of them anymore. One thing wrong with the modified cheesecake is that it is not sweet enough. I never sub erythritol 1:1 for sugar as I think that it too much. This will be a process, too.
@SarahHW18 Don’t get discouraged, just stick to it. It took me 4 MONTHS to get through one 10# bracket! You can do this.
@SheilaBoneham WOW! Look at you go! I’m so happy you found something that works for you!

25/09 Nothing much of note to report today, had a lazy logging day yesterday, probably ate a bit more than I should've. I started my bullet diary again for my NSV goals. Made sure to take my vitamins and get plenty of fluids as I'm getting all the warning signs I get before I get a cold. Same aims today and to complete my bullet journal with yesterday's info.
26/09 Still not feeling great ate a bunch of rubbish yesterday again, logged it all this time at least. All goals for the day completed. Today's goal is to finish under maintenance, stay away from the supermarket and get plenty of protein/fibre in.
27/09 Feeling much better and had a much better day of food/activity yesterday and kept it up so far this morning too. Goals for today, stick to food plan, stay away from supermarket and give apartment a deep clean this evening instead of sitting on the sofa in front of the TV all night.
28/09 Yesterday's goals mostly met, did make myself a protein hot chocolate last night which took me a little closer to maintenance than I would have liked but hey that's still a deficit. Got a load of cleaning done and only spent about 40 mins watching TV on the sofa whilst I had dinner and said Hot Chocolate. Today's goals are to hydrate and try to get a lower body workout in this evening either in the work gym or at home.
29/09 Nothing much to report had another maintenance day7 -

9/28 130.5 Went with a friend as her guest, to the gym yesterday. Walked on treadmill 30 minutes and got 184% of steps. Went to water fitness today.
9/29 132.5 We met friends from out of town for dinner last night. It was several hours later than we usually eat. I had a salad and steak, both of which were very good. But eating late is not a good thing. I’m up 2# but know that it will pass in the next couple of days.8 -
@sdelpapa - I don't know how nutritious this is, but it got me through the summer: Keebler ice cream cup - 15 calories, 1/2 tbsp. of Hershey's dark chocolate syrup poured in bottom of cup - 22 calories, 1/2 cup of birthday cake halo top ice cream - 70 calories. For around a 100 calories it tasted great and filled me up.7

9/25 155.6 well well well, look who decided to show lol. So apparently my mind can't adjust fast enough to my new weight (especially because I thinks it's the fastest I have ever lost) so being apart of a few groups I accidently weighed in last weekend at 166.6 instead of 156.6 😣😣 oops. Well you are all witnesses to the proof I have of my actual weight lol. But even still, every morning I still have to check 3 or 4 times because I can't believe it. Hopefully the next 10 pounds won't be as unbelievable.
9/26 154.4 whoooooooooosh!! Why, no clue. I did work out hard yesterday but still... wow. Today I have been having some anxiety. I have worked out hard and have been eating normally. I don't starve and I don't deny myself (unless it's super junk food, then that's all will power) I know mentally I have been doing everything right and my quick weight loss is all activity and portion control....but I'm starting to feel scared. I'm scared that it will be so easy to gain it all back if I jump the wagon again..I'm scared of having to do this again for 10000 time if i slack. I am looking forward to improve and not be re set into my old ways but who knows what the future holds. The only reassurance I have is not all my rounds have been perfect and weeks like last week have happened ( I was so hungry all week and pretty much had the worst eating week since I have started) but my gains haven't been too large and I still end it with losses. I am assuming as long as I never binge again I will be fine...but I don't know.
9/27 154.4 holding steady. I had munchies last night but settled for 2 pieces of dark chocolate. Worked out well but didn't do as much as I wanted. Drank 1.2 liters of water. I am feeling bloated though, 2 days away from TOM. Today I went to the hospital with my aunt, she has some inflammation in her leg and we just wanted to check it out, just in case (she is a cancer survivor so anything becomes worrisome) and to thank me for coming out she took me to a pub where we ordered chicken schnitzel and frites..it was delicious but I know it will negatively reflect on my weight tomorrow morning. Oops😞😞
9/28 154 wow. Didn't expect this. I guess I didn't do as much damage as I thought. TOM is due tomorrow and I usually expect a gain but this time hasn't seemed too bad which is kind of weird. Well see what happens tomorrow
9/29 155.8 and whoooosh back up again 😥😥😫😥 that's ok, I expected this given my TOM arrived and I am feeling crazy bloated. Yesterday I had a high sodium day as well so that definitley has something to do with it. Past couple of days haven't been great in the eating department but I am done all my responsibilities that have been derailing me so back at it today and back to regular schedule. I feel like the past two weeks have been weird so I am changing it from here on out to get back in control and stop laxing...and now that my TOM has arrived I have no excuse. Honestly I don't even care about my weight...at all I just don't want to feel bloated and puggy anymore lol... ackkkk what a day. I also am going to have to work on my mentality. I am not being negative but I am starting to feel more obsessed when I need to exchange that for greatfulness.
For example if I get in an hour and a half of cardio and no strength for the day, I need to stop giving myself a hard time because I don't think it's enough. I have to accept there aren't enough hours in the day. I have been finding that if I don't work out for 3+ hours I give myself issues...but after doing the math it just isn't possible without sacrificing eating or sleeping...so that needs to stop.

9/26 146.8 I would love a glass of wine, but I must resist. Herbal tea it is.
9/27 146.4 Too much sugar today, and I'm feeling the effects. I'll see the consequences tomorrow. I don't feel good.
9/28 146.6 My husband's out of town for a week on a hunting trip. The kids are also on a health food kick, so I think this will be an opportune week for me. ; ) Or maybe not. I came home tired and stressed and opened a bottle of wine. I teach middle school. It's sad how it's rarely the kids who stress me out; it's most often adults whose agendas are adult issues - not kid issues.
9/29 146.6 I see my personal trainer today. Hopefully I can make it a habit again to relieve stress through exercise.

Dessert came in a regular portion or a "mini" portion. I made the right choice and went smaller. (The lesser of two evils!) I spent the late evening yesterday drinking the lemon/parsley water and shedding the water bloat all night. Lookie! 0.2 down from before the travel and splurges. I’m very grateful and relieved.

9/25 - 256.2 - Jumping off the Keto wagon & back to a whole foods approach which worked better for me. Gotta start the exercise back up in a week when the broken toe heals completely. Happy to have broken any sugar addiction long ago. I can do this!!
9/26 - 256.4 - Well, that's not too bad a jump up. I knew going off Keto I'd gain a bit of water weight. Trying to switch gears without a plan doesn't work. Menu planning is what my morning has been all about!
9/27 - 255.4 - Yes! Every # counts when it's headed in the right direction. Slept all night long without waking midway, which I haven't done in a long time.
9/28 - 255.6 - Well, that's the wrong direction...but only by a wee bit. Water weight maybe?
9/29 - 254.4 - Almost to round goal weight! I've been trying to be very mindful, not "dieting" but making choices that will be successful.

Day/Weight/Comment
9/25--217.1 I First time in over a week I've gotten back to my normal water drinking levels.
9/26--216.4 Back to my pre-trip weight and trend weight. Tonight is yoga, I haven't gone in 2 weeks, I so need it. I've been thinking about getting back into weightlifting, since I have stopped going to my kettlebell club. I recently moved and the club changed it's class schedule, so it's just not convenient anymore. I'm going to get a 3 day pass from a nearby gym and try it out and see if I like it, if not there are a couple of other gyms that I can try out. I'm not a big gym person, but I do want to lift weights again and this gym also has an indoor pool which is nice too.
9/27--216.0 Did some snacking last night even though I wasn't hungry. It was definitely stress related. I knew what I was doing while I was snacking, but it was almost as if I couldn't stop myself. It was weird...almost like an out of body experience. Luckily I had eaten pretty well during the day such that the extra snacking only put me over my daily calories by less than 500. Positives for yesterday was that at least I recognized what I was doing and I curtailed the amount of damage done. Today is a new day.
9/28--216.2 Still with a downward trend. Going to try out the gym today with the free pass.
9/29--216.0 Didn't go to the gym yesterday. When I got home from work I found the pallet containing my bathroom tiles delivered near my condo door. My husband hadn't come home from work yet so I spent about 30-45 mins moving the heavy tiles into the condo. I lost any small motivation I had at the time to go to the gym. Today I am taking my dog on a hike with my hiking group and then we are going out to lunch...you have to take advantage of any nice days you can get at this time of the year. I may be running around and doing some errands later depending on how I feel after the hike.

I lost my dog and cat this year to old age (Feb & Aug). My last pet named Reeces is 18 1/2 years old (cat). If you ever need a dog sitter just let me know. Precious.......5 -
I’m 59, female, mostly plant based, and lover of outdoors. This is my fourth round; the first one really kept me accountable, the second one was an eye-opener and the third one was really hard. What I have learned: 1) my foods and the amounts really matter; 2) My tracking needs to be accurate and if I eat it, it needs to be tracked; 3) Don’t let a slip turn into an all-out landslide! This round’s goals: no eating after supper (and eat at the table, not in front of the TV), no trigger foods, get back up when I fall, develop a “fall” work-out plan (by 10/1/18), and to stay up-to-date with my Bible study. Honor God with my food choices!

09/25: 249.4 - I'm not sleeping well lately. I think it's nerves from looking for a job after being a stay at home mom for so long. I woke up groggy and sore today. I have an interview tomorrow with a staffing agency and I hope it goes well. Also, I had a chicken fajita salad last night and it was delicious. I'm going to have that more often.
09/26: 249.8 - Strength training water retention. Not worried about the slight gain at all. I had an interview this morning and they want a second interview this afternoon. I hope this is a good sign! Hopefully I will be returning to the workforce by Monday! Thanks you guys for wishing me luck!
09/27: 250.6 - Wretched scale! Lol I ate really late last night and unexpected guests nicely brought subs for everyone. I was good though and only had a 6 inch. Unfortunately, it was smothered in mayo. I tried static stretching yesterday and it felt great but I'm a little sore today. I think I'm going to go light on food today and drink lots of water. I have my final weigh-in for the September Fat2Fit challenge and hopefully the scale drops a bit before then.
09/28: 250 - I think I'm getting sick, and TOM coming up.
09/29: 250.2 - I seriously hate water retention lol. I made some amazingly delicious turkey legs last night and ate them with stuffing and corn. It was fantastic but full of sodium. I can't wait till my next whoosh. Thank you for all the congrats on the job, I love the support in this group. You all so amazing!

9/25 - 166lb
9/26 - Just found this thread so didn't weigh this morning. Today is day 1. Must make good food choices and run tonight
9/27 - 163.6 Ate ok yesterday and went for the first run on my Half Marathon training plan. Only 3km but it was tough. Need to cut down the snacking at work.
9/28 - 163.9 Was happy the number stayed the same as I would up eating chinese food for lunch (my boss asked me to come to lunch with them and I couldn't say no). Did my run last night... late but I got it in. Today is going to be bad. I woke up starving, have another lunch meeting today and hubs wants to have dinner together tonight because he's not around Saturday
9/29 - 165.2 Yup. I deserved that. Yesterday was not good. I'm hoping it's at least some water thought. Salty foods too days in a row and TOM coming up.

A year ago, I weighed 205 lbs!
I begin this journey at the weight of 228.3 1,000 days ago!
I rarely need to use willpower or motivation, as 100’s of tiny habits I developed slowly over a long time carry me along!
Despite what people say about it gets harder as time goes on, this time I found quite the opposite: it’s been the easiest ever. I only wish The research on changing habits, all of these apps, and the Apple Watch had been invented earlier!
9/25 159.6 water weight from injury & brace I am wearing... all will be fine! Eating less than normal & still walking.
9/26 161 or 162, can’t remember...still retaining a lot of fluids as body responds to break, meds, bruising. Surgery in 7 days.
9/27. 160.4 ***1,000th Day ***
On average, I’ve lost 1/2 a lb per week for 143 weeks!!! 250 calorie deficit daily. Barely noticeable changes over 1,000 days yielded a total weight loss of 68-71 pounds!
Small habit changes + time = big results
Thank you @tiabirdie56 @quiltingjaine @fraukazi @allmannerofthings @abowersgirl @deepwoodslady & @cdavisdeva for your kind words!!! ♥
9/28 160.8 with brace, swelling. Confirm with Dr that I should be having some water retention so I’m more relaxed.
9/29 160.0 with brace, hand towel, swelling
Finally, upwards graph turned downwards...
Managing the pain. Surgery in 5 days!!
Grateful it wasn’t worse.
I hope you all make the most of this late fall weekend! 🍂🍃🍁🌿

Day/Weight/Comment
9/25 178/Happy to join this group! I lost weight, using a different MFP account, 7 years ago, but I gained it back. Hope I’ve learned my lesson! Wish I’d weighed first thing this morning. 😊
9/26 176.2 (when I woke up), 176.6 (after my walk?) I’m in my first week honeymoon period.
9/27 175.6 I’ll enjoy the rapid decline while it lasts. I know that will soon change.
9/28 174.4 (when I woke up), 174.2 (after my walk) I spent too much time looking at low carb recipes and missed lunch, but it was worth it. I think I’m going to like the new recipes. Now, I don’t want to spoil my appetite for fish tacos this evening.
9/29 173.2 (when I woke up), 172.8 (after my walk). I’ll work harder today to eat all my calories. A church is feeding our singing group this evening, so that will probably help. I’ve decided to follow keto guidelines, so I have to balance carbs and fiber, which is harder than I expected. I’m getting full on fats and proteins, but still falling short on calories and fiber, because I don’t want to exceed my carb limit. I’m determined to figure this out.

9/25- 188.9- was a little disappointed this didn't go down since yesterday but I'm really motivated to see the numbers go down tomorrow! Will make sure to plan and eat under calories today!
9/26- 190.1- I had rice last night. And I tend to go up on the scale any time I have rice. Will try to avoid and this better go down tomorrow. Tonight I have everything planned. Definitely not going to go back to the 190s. Hell no.
9/27- 188.3- Thank god. Did really well yesterday. Even had a slice of pizza but still under calories. Going to try to eat healthier tonight and still be under my calories. So far so good. Really want to reach my goal for this challenge. Also I'm going to the gym today after my vacation so that's good. I'm excited. I'm seeing my friends tomorrow to watch a movie but we all said we want to eat healthy so hopefully that works out.
9/28- 188.2- Wanted this to go down more since I was under my calories yesterday but I'm happy it didn't go up or something. Going in the right direction. Mini victory: Yesterday my mom made rice with kofta and I love rice but I decided to make some broccoli (which I also love) so I filled my plate with mostly broccoli and just a couple spoons of rice as well as kofta. And I stopped eating once I felt full which happened fast since the broccoli is satiating for me. That definitely helped me not fluctuate up this morning. Also I worked out yesterday. Strength training and cardio but I got tired faster than I did before vacation so have to build up to not being like that again. Crazy how quickly we can become unfit! Plans got cancelled today with friends so I'm planning on eating healthy today again! And want to be under calories so I see the scale budge more than it did today.
9/29- 187.7- woohoo! Haven't been this low in a while. Want to keep it going. Will stay under calories today even though it's the weekend! I'm determined. Also I'm still sore from working out. But will exercise today.

9/25 - removed due to technical issue with scales
9/26 - 83.0kg, successfully fasted for 16.5hrs! I think this weigh in is on the lower end of my fluctuations where yesterday was on the upper end. It’s motivating regardless
9/27 - 82.5kg, just over 3hours left of my second 16hr fast! I’ve been weighing myself at different times of the day so getting a lot of variation. It’s great to see the scale to go down but I’m not holding onto these lower numbers just yet. The past two days I’ve weighed myself after eating, but today was before eating, so perhaps the first weigh-in was over?
9/28 - 82.8kg, weighed first thing this morning. I have just over 4hrs left of my fast, really loving IF! I have my period so I imagine some bloating is factoring in, but not too concerned, it’s a slow process and I trust it
9/29 - 82.6kg, I broke my fast two hours early yesterday and ate food that was really hard to track but that ended up being all I ate yesterday so I still think I would have been under 1200cals. I am 100% sure my first weigh in was inaccurately high, after I’ve discovered a technical issue with my scales. So I’m going to remove that first one and just go off 9/26
9/30- 84.2kg??????? Water weight? TOM? Very big dinner (still under 1200cals for day!) I’m sure it’ll come back down soon but it was disheartening to see, and I really wanted to just quit and eat terrible food for breakfast. Staying strong and sticking to IF though!! Good thing I packed a salad for work lunch

Hi! I’m 5’3” and currently 187. I’m trying keto and low calorie and would like to drop at least 10 by Oct 13th.
Round 51...My Round 1
9/27 weight: 187, I did well today on my calories (under 1000) and my carbs (under 30) it was mostly due to a high stress day but I’ll take it over any late-night bingeing!
9/28 I didn’t weigh myself this morning and I know if I do it late I’ll be heavier will weigh in tomorrow. I’m logging a little early because I’m going to be busy tonight. I’ve had a good few days so far sticking to my plan. Tonight I’m going to an Octoberfest so I am gearing up for some beer-peer pressure! Wish me luck!
9/29 weight: 184.6. It’s a big drop and I’m sure most is water - but I’ll take it! I’ll probably be back up there tomorrow since today was my son’s birthday party and I had to participate. I did fairly well - though I blew my carb budget off the charts. Back to it tomorrow.9 -
In all, I want to drop 55 (so I have 51 and a half left now). I'm 5'6" and started weighing 185 lbs, so my goal is about 130. I'm trying to set small, realistic goals so that I can motivate myself with my successes.
My goal for this round is to stay under my calorie goal, 1200, and to lose 3 more pounds.

Goal Weight for Round 54: 178.5
Day/Weight/Comment
9/25 181.5; 48 oz of water. 1,000 calories. I’M HUNGRY!!!!
9/26 - 181.2; Didn’t do very well on water intake today, but managed to consume only 1,000 calories. Keto diet is going well, eating lots of fat and around 20 grams of carbs.
9/27 - 182; Ugh. 128 oz of water. Purposely went over my calorie goal today to give my body a sort of restart. 31 grams of carbs. 1,779 calories.
9/28 - Still 182. 1 gallon of water. Ate slightly under 1,121 calories. 16 grams of carbs. Really frustrating that I can’t lose. Trying not to get too discouraged.
9/29 - Yay! Went down to 180.8 today!! Ate slightly under 1200 calories. About 1 gallon of water. 13 grams of carbs. Still only in moderate ketosis, but I honestly feel I am dong well about carb intake and being honest about what I’m eating, so hopefully my body will catch up soon.

Initial Goal Weight = 139 lbs (last weighed this is 2013)
Ultimate Goal Weight = 129 lbs (last weighed this in 2011)
Round 54 Goal: Range of 139.9-142.0 (Either my weigh-loss is really slowing down and I need a more reasonable goal OR I am due for a big loss after the last round and a more aggressive goal is possible)
Exercise Plan = The Betty Rocker 90 Day Challenge (in weeks 10-11), run outside 3-4 times a week, get 8,000-10,000 steps/day
Nutrition Plan = Continue to limit gluten, dairy, sugar, diet soda, alcohol & eat non-processed foods, protein/fruit/veg at every meal, complex carbs at breakfast and post workout meal, drink plenty of water.
9/25 = 143.7 (up .6 from yesterday) Little bounce back up, went out to dinner last night, made good choices, most likely under calories but retaining water. My scale still has my water percentage up over 2% from it's normal number. Yesterday was a rest day in my 90 day challenge, but back at it today with day 64 of 90. Plus lots and lots of lemon & cucumber water today. I'm looking for a whoosh to be coming this week! Welcome to all out new group members!
9/26 = 142.9 (down .8 from yesterday) Small drop down from my Sunday weight. If the water percentage on my scale is correct, I'm still retaining water though. Yesterday I really didn't eat much, wasn't very hungry until it was too late at night. I do 16:8 so once the window closes, I'm done for the night. I completed day 64 of 90 workout yesterday and it was the hardest one yet. It really got me! Today is day 65 of 90, I haven't looked at it yet to see what it is, but I imagine it will be a tough one as well!
9/27 = 142.0 (down .9 from yesterday) Very challenging day yesterday. I've mentioned before my daughter has mental health issues (how I dealt with this stress was the cause of my weight gain) and yesterday was one of those days. She goes long periods of time with everything being relatively "normal' but really the anxiety is building underneath and waiting to explode. Yesterday was an explosion. I did not get my workout in due to this BUT I handled the stressful situation much better than in the past & did NOT stress eat & did NOT self-medicate with wine. Calling it a difficult but successful day. We saw her therapist last night, adjusted her medication & she is in much better spirits this morning. Today, I have a very busy day at work, my boss is going out of the country for 2 weeks so lots to get done before he goes and this evening I am hosting a party with some ladies from my social club. I've got a couple hors d'oeuvres to prep for the party and really want a mani/pedi, not enough hours in the day. BUT, I've got to make time for some self-care today and the best thing for me is to get out & go for a run and do some yoga. In the past I sacrificed myself and my needs to focus 100% on my daughter but I know now I have to take care of myself so that I am able to be there in the best possible way for her. "You can't pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first."
9/28 = 141.5 (down .5 from yesterday) Besides one mishap yesterday was a very good day. My daughter's teacher reported in that she had one of her best days since school started this year. Such good news I got everything pressing at work accomplished, went for a run, did day 67 of 90 workout, got my party food made and still had time for a mani/pedi. I had a great time at the party until it was time to go and walking to my car, I rolled my ankle in a divot in the grass that I couldn't see in the dark. I am in a fairly strong amount of pain this morning and cannot bear any weight on my right foot. My husband wanted me to go to the Dr this morning but I'm going to give it a day and do R.I.C.E. all day and see if the pain subsides at all. I'm trying to stay positive, hoping this will pass quickly and I can get back to my workouts. But if I am down for a bit for this to heal & have to pause my 90 day challenge then I will find a back-up plan that does not involve weight bearing but will still keep me moving forward in my fitness goals. "Just because you are hurt, doesn't mean you are broken."
9/29 = No Weigh in. Much improvement in my foot injury but still very painful and can't bear weight fully. I have to have a brace on my foot to bear any weight at all. So won't be weighing in until I can stand without that. I've being using an Arnica cream since Friday night on my foot and added in Arnica tablets as well today, hope these help I found a woman on YouTube that has a series of workout videos for people who have an injured foot and did one today. I don't think these will burn really any calories but at least will hopefully keep me in the correct mindset. I think tomorrow I'll do a Pilates mat workout.

9/25 -- 177 --Pretty good day yesterday. Met calorie and exercise goals, but succumbed to the peach coffee cake my husband made over the weekend and ate a whole piece instead of just a bite.
9/26 -- 177 --Again ok on the exercise and calorie front. But the carbs lost to a really nice milk stout....
9/27 -- 177.5 -- And again. Hit the exercise, missed by a little on the calories. Big fancy meal out with my husband and had a small dessert. Over on carbs again. But the next 7 days I should be out of excuses...and my fitbit is up and running again
9/28 -- 176.5 -- YAY! Walk, water aerobics and zumba yesterday. Ate back some exercise calories and only a little high on net carbs.
9/29 -- 175.5 -- Drank a ton of water yesterday and ate well. Also took a walk and did a killer water aerobics workout. Hoping this number sticks!
