9/15 No Scale

9/18 -279lbs (+9 lbs) Returned from four days camping so no scale to weigh and of course went off track and gained on carb overload. Not too concerned as I know 90% of this is water weight gain and I still expect to reach my goal this round of 2 lbs loss. Fasting today.
9/19 -277lbs (-2 lbs) Dropping again. A little slow first day but not unexpected. I didn't drink enough fluid to cleanse things out but today I will do better. Hope to see a larger fluid drop tomorrow but still have time to make my challenge goal. Just have to stay on track and not take any breaks from the routine. I have a hard time when it comes to taking a “day off” and then getting back on. It seems to wind up being 2,3,4 or more “days off” and thats not good. Clothes have gotten loose and took in another notch in the belt. That's ALWAYS a good incentive to stay with it.l
9/20 -274lbs (-3 lbs) Another good move down. Had too many peanuts last night. Still having trouble with the night time snacking. I do well all day and then the evening comes along and the snack monster strikes with a vengance. He is so difficult to overcome. At least I don't give him the satisfaction of pure sugar junk food. Its a beginning.
9/21 -272 (-2 lbs) Still 1 pound up from last challenge goal due to not sticking to the plan while camping last week. Still I'm hoping for another 3 lbs down to get to this challenge goal. Three days to go and hopefull.
9/22 -272 lbs (No Change) Uggh
9/23 – 274 lbs (+2 Lbs) Well figures! Last night I just gave in. After eating a nice big salad I found I was still incredibly hungry and after an hour of fighting it I finally gave in and had my two hamburgers bun and all. Finally filling and satisfied but paying the price this morning. Not going to cry over it. I was really fighting the hunger and just had to get over it and move on. Today hopfully will be a better day. Does not look like my challenge goal will get reached this round though.
9/24 276 lbs (+2 lbs) Ok didn't make it to the goal this round. It was a difficult week but still committed to getting back on track and making my challenge goals. I will once again try for my last goal 269. Lets make it happen this time. I really need to get off this roller coaster.4 -

9/15 - 165.8 (-0.4) - starting second round and second week of Dr. Poon Phase 1 diet
9/16 - 165.2 (-0.6) - making grilled eggplants and zucchini plus green beans with onions and tomatoes today and smoked pulled pork, turkey and duck for this week - still cannot believe I have lost 9 lbs in 9 days WITHOUT FEELING HUNGRY by eating essentially “proteins ‘n greens”. I have a sweet tooth and still I am not hungry. Dr Poon diet is working! Why did I not know about this years ago? A doctor told me about it. Look into it to see if it is a good fit for you right now. (No I am not being sponsored. Yes I was very reserved about trying another diet one I had not heard of that seemed so restrictive.)
9/17 - 165.2 (0) - First day no loss. No surprise though. I reviewed diary & I ate 2x carbs on Sun (goal 30 ate 60! Had a Venti Iced Tea at Starbucks. Plus has dinner very late. On the plus side had no bread, OH- or dessert. Next time water or iced coffee at Starbucks!

9/19 - 165.2 (0) Well my tomatoes, roma beans, buratta cheese and Venti iced tea stalled me so yesterday ate healthy and hopefully in a couple of days I will see a change. I learned a valuable lesson. My calories were low but my carbs were high and stalled.
9/20 - 165.0 (-0.2)
9/21 - 164.4 (-0.6) Good grief. It took a couple of days of sticking to the plan to see weight loss again - all because of roma beans and iced tea. Not worth it. Onwards and upwards!

09/22: 199.0 / 14 hours IF window from last night to today/ worked out last night and did yoga this morning, feeling proud of myself. Wish I saw more of a drop but not to worry
09/23: 198.6 / 16 hour IF window and it paid off / worked out and did yoga yesterday. Today with the rain feeling kind of blah and lazy, but will work through it
09/24: 200.4/ shorter IF window, had several tablespoons of chocolate chips, went over my calorie goal despite working out and didnt do my yoga. Also should've drank more water. Tomorrow is another day and I'm confident I will see a drop
09/25: 198.8 today/ didnt have a long fasting window. Ate chocolate yesterday but still stayed close to my calorie goal, and zumba helped. Focusing today on widening my IF window by having dinner around 5pm
09/26: 198.8/ still holding strong, ate dinner at 5:30 to widen my fasting window. Worked out 3x yesterday and was under my calorie goal so kinda disappointed I hadn't dropped more. Sticking to the plan today, eating my salad for lunch. Veggies are key!
09/27: 198.8 still/ I ended up too sore to work out and ate not good as you will see on the next day
09/28: 200.2/ not surprised, ate late and indulged in half a pan of brownies which I'm not sure why I did this! Today I will juice to reset my body and cleanse myself
09/29: 201.2/ i dont know what to say except after a day of just juice and feeling weak and exhausted from lack of food, this was not what I was expecting. Going to go work out for 45 minutes and try to increase my water for the day.
09/30: 197.2! Finally! Yesterday I worked out for 42 minutes on the ellipcital and didnt eat lunch. Had a big breakfast and a big dinner around 6pm and some dessert my stepmom brought that I shouldn't have had and was super rich at like 7pm. But then didnt eat the rest of the night and just now eating this morning around 10am.
10/1: 196.8/So thankful! This past week has been rough weightwise and motivation wise. This was just the push I need to continue healthy habits this week! Extending this 10 day challenge a couple more days
10/2: 196.6. I had quite a sweet tooth yesterday and whenever I get like that, chocolate chips and peanut butter are my gotos. Need to work on controlling my cravings. Today working out in the morning and going to try to eat early tonight
10/3: 197.0. Not a bad place. Considering I ate at 8pm 😥 and it was papa John's pizza 😣. I made a delicious savory soup and left it in the crockpot to cook all day and when I went to check it at 5pm, the crockpot was barely warm. So I was starved and fed up and ordered a pizza. And it was yummy in the moment but I can't say it was worth it

10/4: 196.8/ Ok. After all the up and downs of the last almost 2 weeks, I suppose this is progress. Yesterday I did eat sonic cheesesticks. Not worth it, they were stale tasting and rubbery.
Here's where it ends: start date to end date weight lost 2.2 lbs. Variation weight loss: 4.4 lbs. This is what is so imperative about weighing daily vs weekly, I would not have gotten the whole story of I had just weighed once a week. I may have given up when I saw the higher numbers, thought "whats the point of starving myself if I will just gain weight anyway." I wouldn't have had the accountability of my daily actions and reflected on how my day had really gone.
