    @Crochetluvr, Exactly. It is refreshing when I read that someone is not upset over a temporary gain. So kudos to you! If I'm eating the right thing, I just roll with it. There are many factors in the bodyweight equation and your body knows what it's doing. Good luck to you also this week!
