Back for another Round. This will be Round 6 for me. Lots of up and down with not much progress the last few rounds. Time to get consistent and off this merry go round.

10/4 - 271 lbs Here we are again. I've seen this number too many times lately. Time to let it go!
10/5 – 269 lbs (-2 lbs) Well there ya go. Hit my goal from challenge we just finished. Missed it by one day! Well I'll reset my goal for this round to 267. I'm looking to average 2 lbs a week. It's a reasonable goal and I know there will be challenge rounds that I miss my target. I will look to my 30 day trend to see my overall progress. I get inspiration from all of you here who are going through the same ups and downs but are sticking with it. Have a great weekend everyone!
10/6 – 269lbs (No Change) Not unexpected after the quick drop yesterday. Still on track food wise. Been having lots of salads for dinner and got off peanuts and on to grapes for snack. Will see if that works out better. Much less salt but more sugar. Oh well its a process.. Change is good anyhow.
10/7 – 270lbs (+1lb) Fluid gain hopefully.
10/8 – 272lbs (+2lbs) Well this is discouraging. It's the pitfall of weighing in every day.
10/9 – 269lbs (-3lbs) There ya go! I sure know how to retain and lose fluid. Back on track and heading out of town again for five days which will once again play havoc with my routine. No scale then either unless there's one at the hotel. I will keep checking in to keep myself accountable.
10/10 No Scale Staying on track and avoiding all the pitfalls of being out of town.
10/11 No Scale These hotel breakfast buffets are quite the temptation. Feel good though about staying with my protein eggs and bacon with lots of hot sauce. Spices make up for a lot of things. I'm just glad I can tolerate them. Finally found a Subway nearby to get my dinner salads. That has become a real winner for me. My owne Zero calorie dressing and lots of fiber bulk. Takes me 30-45 minutes to finish it and its almost no calories. It gets me over the evening munchies for the most part too.
10/12 No Scale
10/ 13 No Scale
10/14 269lbs (No Change) Just got back home from my out of town trip and managed to hold on without any gain. I stayed on track except for too many grapes! However I'm happy with the results of this round and expect more than likely to show some loss tomorrow at the beginning of the next round.7 -

10/08 - DNW - day off from work throws off my morning routine.
10/09 - 187.6 - I think this is sodium and DOMS from getting back to working out after taking a week off (I'm sore!)
10/10 - 187.8 - ugh - tried to make healthy choices with Thai food last night - guess not
10/11- 186.6 finally moving down - hope this trend continues
10/12 - 186.8 - clearly need to tighten up - will do better next round.

Walk at least an hour 3 days a week.

Other 1 day a week for an hour (biking/tennis/water aerobics or walking if nothing more fun is available)

10/12 - 188.7 (Still sick but on the mend)
10/13 - 190.4 (Finally ate "normal" meals yesterday. Being sick I killed the weight goal but haven't done so great on food or exercise. My asthma is BAD, I can barely walk up the stairs without my inhaler so a 3 mile walk is impossible. It sucks- who knew I'd miss walking. My Oct walking goal was going to be a bit of a stretch but now it seems impossible)
10/14 - 191.5 (Being sick has really screwed with me and all this on my first round!)3 -

10/6 198.3 Knowing I am going to start dieting on Monday is making me eat a little worse than normal.
10/7 199.1 Went out to eat with family, Decided at 5pm I wanted to get 15,000 steps, but only had 5,500. 2 ½ hours later I did it. Was proud of myself. Tomorrow starts diet phase 1.
10/8 200.1 Started phase 1 of my diet so plan on having the numbers drop for a bit. Thank you friends and hubby for doing the diet together again. Walked early with my hubby and then went to groove class with my daughters, lots of fun and lots of steps. Good day almost 20,000 steps. (I was just to tired to get the last 300 steps. Now I wish I had.) Went to bed early. No LNS!!!!!!
10/9 199.2 Dieting didn’t go bad. Have a nagging headache. I wasn’t drinking much caffeine so I am wonder if it’s from cutting out sugar. I am feeling motivated. Went for an early walk again.

Honestly I'm full of flu at the min and have no motivation to do anything
Its so hard as the weather is turning now and everything. I'm trying but not succeeding. Given myself until end of October to get back in the zone.

Good morning! Is there a special “join” button somewhere? I am not new but need a bit of accountability before Christmas. In my 40s I joined MFP and lost over 30 lbs. I was creeping back up to 156 over the last ( post M) couple of years. Am now 57. Lost 5=lbs in Sept but have hit the inevitable plateau. Just need my bras to fit again 🥰
