8/15 Excercise challenge complete--- 40 ab excercises for the team
8/16 Excercise challenge complete-- 40 ab excercises for the team AND I "upped" my running for a set of 3 minutes straight (on PAVEMENT to boot!!!) I do intervals of 2 mins/1 minute... by end of August I want to be running 3 min/1 min walk consistently!!!!

Sorry I was MIA for most this week. I have been out and about. If I don't post for a few days, then don't worry. I'm still doing this challenge, only I can't go online to post what I did for the day. I know we should post every day, but between internet problems, and going out and not being online after my exercises, I forget.

THANK YOU ALL FOR MOTIVATING ME EVERY DAY! Your "completed" posts make me work harder and try harder. I have had to modify the jumping jacks this week, and the blurpees. I don't know why but it hurts the soles of my feet.
