Turkey breast, stuffing and homemade apple tart.2

Breakfast. I wrapped some little smoked sausages in crescent rolls and called it breakfast.3

Made pan-poached eggs and veggie hash for breakfast.
Chicken sausage and zucchini pasta with spicy sauce for lunch.
Little less than 600 calories so far.1 -

Made a pot of chili. Tonight we had "chili pies"...chili with fritos and cheese. Tomorrow I may make some nachos out of it.3

Oven low and slow roasted pork BBQ ribs, spicy green beans and crab cakes. We could have fried them a tad more, only that we'll likely reheat in the oven upon our return from our PM workout.

I made ham and potato soup and small quesadillas Kind of an odd combination but we had leftover tortillas and taco stuff so why not. Typically I would have done sandwiches with the soup. My toddler likes cheese quesadillas and soup so it was a good meal for him.2

Oven roasted apple dry rub chicken wings, Ranch cauli mash (a little lumpy) and roasted garlic creamy butter broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

Salsa chicken with cream cheese rolled up in corn tortillas with black beans1

Oven roasted swordfish with cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion and capers. Served it over a garlic brown rice/quinoa mixture. Was quite good and wish I'd taken a photo.1

Dinner was leftover stir fry (chicken thigh, garlic chives, black bean paste, cabbage, broccoli, onions, and I think some other things) and rice
Before eating dinner I made probably 8 cups of cranberry apple sauce that I will reheat to a boil and can on Friday and a no-recipe apple crisp.1 -
Grilled citrus marinated chicken breasts, roasted maple bacon brussel sprouts and pasta roni parmesan noodles.1

Made Cajun roux for my turkey meatballs stew, to be served with fluffy herb butter cauliflower rice. Chose to pan fry the meatballs in the skillet first before adding it to the slow cooker to do its thing.

The plan for this evening is trout in papillot with homemade preserved lemons, capers (not home preserved), onions, and parsley. I'll probably make some Israeli couscous as well.2

I'm the weekend cook. Sunday night was miso glazed aubergine, followed by easy home style peking duck. That's breasts only (not a whole roast duck) with ready made peking pancakes from the deep freeze section of the asian supermarket, hoisin thinned with soy, cucumber and green onion.1
