    15 weeks - 20 lbs... that’s doable.
    Am doing pilate on my pilate bench and core exercises to start.

    For me it definitely is harder for a while. My hunger ramps up way faster than my conditioning will allow me to burn.

    Last night I had a huge bowl of oatmeal and today I had ab epic treadmill day. I mean WAY above my normal. Felt pretty good. And I think I might be looking a tiny bit more muscular. Maybe it's just confidence.

    I alllllmost didnt treadmill today. But i did it.

    Was it my best run ? No ... but I did it.

    Anyone else's Fitbit not syncing steps? MFP shows 699 steps but my Fitbit says over 8,000.

    Halloween candy is a problem for me! I have five kids and there is so much candy. I track it all, but ugh, it's a struggle! 🙈🙈

    ... I'm lucky, I don't have a candy addiction. Though a fun size candy bar is helping me get through my day aha.

    So I wont be available till Monday...going out of town to see the Jets play with my family which is awesome! What's even cooler than that? I did my weigh in early to make sure I stayed accountable, and I am down 3 lbs from last week!!😃
