They always overcook broccoli in Italy, especially southern Italy. On my last trip to Sicily I ordered broccoli three times and each time it was severely overcooked.

Childhood nostalgia meal made by the hubby. Mash, a meatball, sauteed spinach with chopped boiled egg and toast soldiers.

Roast herbed chicken breast, roast fresh beet/tomato/veg salad, steamed carrots, brown rice.

Turkey burger with quinoa, zucchini and two wasa crackers with guac. Yogurt bowl with strawberries and graham crackers for desert.

One of my new fave smoothie bowls: acai, strawberries, blueberries, avocado, housemade granola, coconut whip, almond butter, coconut milk, more strawberries and hemp hearts.
