The secret is lots of bechamel sauce. Most recipes don't have the right ratio of pasta to cheese sauce. I usually increase the sauce by 50%.
I love a box of the blue every now and then. But they are nothing alike and shouldn't even share the same name.8 -
Hot sauce ruins any food it touches. If you put hot sauce on anything, all you can taste is the hot sauce.
Define hot sauce. Tabasco? Well that's swill. Merf's Electric Lime Hot Sauce is delicious and doesn't overpower the food. I love sprinkling some on my scrambled eggs with Mexican cheese blend.0 -

Italian sausage
Pepperoni
Mushrooms
Onions
Peppers
Black Olives
That is all.
Any other variations or toppings and you may not call it a pizza. I will allow you to call it a flatbread. But it's not a pizza.
Well by that logic "Chicago style" is actually pizza instead of the pie monstrosity we all know is the truth.
My pesto, chicken, onion, basil, garlic, pine nuts, mozzarella, & spinach pizza is PIZZA. Delicious, delicious pizza. Even better if it has the crispy outside-soft inside crust that we dip in honey for dessert. (Colorado's contribution to pizza.)
Sounds like a lovely flatbread.8 -
With the exception of Granny Smith and Golden Delicious, apples all taste the same.6

Tuna fish - it looks and smells horrid.3

I love sweetbreads and fried Rocky Mountain oysters.3

“Shrimp make me physically ill just looking at them.”
Shrimp look like the grubs in my garden 😑5 -
Sweet potato fries are better than regular. Especially with chipotle sauce.
Lettuce wrapped burgers are just so pointless to me.
Oatmeal is top 5 best breakfast food.
Cookies are overrated.

Haha cookies are good, but the aren’t great. Plus chocolate chip is really what’s overrated. Give me a white macadamia nut cookie any day over chocolate chip!2

Preachers need to preach about gluttony. Seriously. They preach against everything else but that! (and my opinion could get a person kicked out of any Baptist church in town! )12

Have you tried making s'mores with dark chocolate?
Have you tried making s'mores with Reese's peanut butter cups?4 -
Chicken smells like bloody, rotting animal flesh covered in salmonella. I just can’t.10

Reese's peanut butter anything mostly sucks. It doesn't really taste like chocolate or peanut butter.14

Eat some yogurt. Plenty of live cultures.PaperDoll_ wrote: »I don't like baked macaroni and cheese. I think it gets too dry. I'd much prefer the stove top stuff from a box.

I'm the opposite. I prefer baked so I can sink my teeth into it and taste the cheese. I hate mushy mac 'n' cheese. Yes I know I'm supposed to love "Ooh it's so GOO-ey and RICH and CREEEEEA-my!" I think it tastes like baby food.
A close friend from the Bahamas made my favorite-ever baked mac and cheese - there were little bits of hot peppers in it. She was a great cook in general. I loved her pigeon peas and rice, souse, and the best Thanksgiving turkey I've ever had.2 -
I don't like anything sweet so that means chocolate, cake and ice cream 🤷♀️3

I'm a vegetarian because I got to the point that all meat was like this to me and I could taste it when I ate it. Don't get me started on the texture. I still cook it for my husband and son, though.4 -

Using the Ghiradelli dark chocolate caramel squares is an excellent option to make smores with.3 -

People rave about sriracha and ginger (not together, obviously... I hope).
I think both are horrid.4 -
A substantiated opinion - the case against using GMO products is complete woo. Every major health organization around the world (CDC, WHO, EUPHA, etc) endorses them as safe. Purposefully avoiding GMO products is pretty much anti-science. A lot of common products avoid them because of public perception so we end up avoiding them without trying. There are reasons to hate Monsanto's business practices with respect to GMO crops. It's a real shame; GMO crops have more yield per acre, reducing the amount of farmland that needs to be cleared. They are more tolerant of drought, increasing the food supply in some areas that need it most. They are more bug resistant, decreasing the need for pesticides that often pollute water supplies.30

Agreed. I have zero issue with GMOs.12 -

Sweet potato fries are better than regular.
That's a hard one for me. Good sweet potato fries absolutely are. But they are harder to cook properly, and thus regular fries are much safer. So as a whole, regular fries > sweet potato fries. But good sweet potato fries are better than any regular fry.
