Oh, please. Do you believe everything you read?
Plastic surgery, genes, and more plastic surgery.
Start saving your money if you want a Kardashian body. That’s how they got Kardashian bodies.
Put the salt away cus I'm pretty sure they put work on the gym too ! Not all money8 -

One way to help with losing weight around your midsection instead of your breasts is to increase your fiber intake, as fiber carries out excess hormones like estrogen (which tends to add fat around belly, hips and thighs).
Add 2-3g fiber each day until you get to 35+ grams fiber daily.
Track your fiber intake.
Sources of fiber: beans, legumes, some in veggies, fiber supplements, avocado, etc.
Thankyouuu so much !! That's some genuine help and advice I didn't know ! Unlike some saltines on here i really appreciate you ! Good karma at youu13 -

There was no insincere information here. Everything was posted with the intent to help. Just because it wasn't what you wanted to hear doesn't make it wrong. Be careful of your own biases...14

Wow.
Sorry, but that advice is useless. Fiber will do nothing to save your boobs. No idea where this advice comes from but it isn't science.16 -
Eat fiber to save your boobs now that's something I hadn't heard yet. Good luck with that OP10

You got your advice....
If you’re unhappy with the way you look and are at goal weight, try recomping (eating maintenance calories and doing progressive heavy lifting). You can’t spot reduce. Or gain boobs without paying for them.
Also, no ones being “salty” here, they’re just being truthful because they’ve been there and done that.

Oh my bad, definitely eat LOTS of fiber for your boobs, that should do the trick. and don't forget to wash it down with apple cider vinegar too preferably after a large glass of milk.12 -
I lost a lot there too and hope to lose more. And I am a woman 😀0 -

I'm not a dude.
I actually have breasts, and breast size is not static. They can change for the better or worse, and I've experienced both! There was a time when I seemed to lose all my breasts when dieting, but struggled so much to get it off my butt hips thighs.
So my answer reflects what I know and experience. I'm very happy with my results and am sharing that with OP.14 -

I'm pretty sure mother nature has had a little help...... don't demean yourself by worrying about what "celebrities" do. (Has she actually ever done anything to merit her fame?)

So all I had to do was eat less fiber when losing and I wouldn't have needed that painful reduction?5 -

I wonder if there would be benefits to the transgender community, too? Increased fiber intake rather than estrogen blockers... Big pharma is going to hate that.7 -

With all the fiber I eat, I should put Dolly Parton to shame by now!6 -
Breast implants are a possibility. Surgery is expensive and risky, but the results can be awesome.0

Why don't you make a consultation appointment with Dr Diamond in Los Angeles!?! He was the Kadashians surgeon. They get their skin cleaned, liposuction etc at Epione too. Thereafter, maintenance.4
