Back in August when I rebooted my diet I had a goal of making it until December and cheating a little through the Holidays. Now it’s here, I’m a little nervous. I have 2 major food centric events to enjoy while not going totally off the rails and several smaller gatherings that can possibly do some damage.
My goal is to be kind to myself, to focus on being fit. To enjoy this life I’m working so hard to improve. To get in all of my workouts... time to leave for kickboxing class!

I just want to say how much I appreciate this group!! You are all so sweet and supportive. This group has definitely helped to keep me feeling inspired. You’re all amazing!!
This has been such a wild journey. I can’t believe I’m so close to goal. I actually hit my first goal of 150 in November and decided to lower it to 140. Now that I’m almost there, I’m sort of playing with the idea of lowering again to 135. We shall see! Good luck, everyone!8 -

My Final Goal: To weight 145 by Valentine’s Day 💗💗💗 By March 15, 2019 I hope to weigh no more than 153 after an initial and expected water weight gain after transitioning off my diet. I am allowing for (hopefully no more than) 8 pounds for the water weight.
