New Ultimate goal: 114 lbs
November bit of a disaster as will power definately slipped. I do want to enjoy feasting over Christmas tho as it's time for some indulgence so need to cut back before hand and keep up the cardio and gym, I'd be delighted to make 116, that would do me really as back to old weight then all about getting strong. I bought a new outfit and great to be getting old self back.

I’ve been stalled and even gaining a bit recently!! December will be a difficult month...lots of birthdays...including my own! (How do you say no to your own birthday cakes?). And of course Christmas!!! But I’m going to make this work!!!!

December already! This year has flown by! Glad November is over, it was a rough month, although it was my best weight loss month of the year...but I don't recommend it. Health issues are not a good way to lose weight fast. All better now!
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1991: 194.4 November 25, 2018!!!

Last month was my first month trying to get back into shape (again). All the other times I’ve tried before I normally quit around the 3-4week mark cause I get frustrated. So I couldn’t be happier to join the group and try and keep myself accountable this month.

@tiabirdie56 Oh, those carbs! I don't follow a Keto plan like you do but I definitely have to watch my oatmeal and bread carbs. They stick to me like glue if I eat too many. I overate last night on oatmeal and bread and oatbran muffin (and chocolate too!) and it put 2 pounds on me overnight. They really make me hold on to the water weight.
I really want you to see 175 this month and I'm rooting for you!
