    Does anyone know how many calories I can burn by repeatedly bashing my head against a brick wall?

    At least 10lbs of calories of head bashing, but that's heavier than 10lbs of fat.

    Nope, but have a good grasp of the English vocabulary (or enough to know the difference between dense and heavy) will make you sound smart - or at least not uneducated.

    Clearly. Who are all these "so called English"? There are a lot of people from the UK on MFP, but I wasn't referring to them.

    If you rest your case, so do I. I'm not going to try anymore to convince of the correct definition of heavy.
