Is there a free version of this?
No, but feel free to track your miles manually and chat with us here

You misunderstand, i track my mileage using a spreadsheet... it wasn't an offer to track anyone else's!0 -
When I ran a challenge, we had a group spreadsheet that people would update on their own weekly. That would be easy to have if people want.0

Is there anyone near Stockbridge ga on here that want to buddy up and run?1

Too funny. My bad. I never even thought about creating a spreadsheet for myself. Duh! So I did last night. Simple enough. My goal is to walk 6 miles a day. I'll post my progress often. Who knows I may change my mind and pay the fee. We'll see. Either way, I'm all in!1 -
I signed up for a HM on 3/3/19 in Little Rock, AR. I found the Darebee HM training schedule and it matches my timeline perfectly so I am going to use it. I still plan to get 12,000 steps daily, I hope.3

We have been a little dead for a while...
December has been a STRUGGLE for me to move AT ALL. I am really looking forward to RUN THE YEAR starting up in a few weeks.
Does anyone have a formal plan for January?0 -
I've had a very good November walking mileage-wise and I'm on a great track for December so I kind of wish I could "rollover" these miles to 2019! But, no can do, so in January I'll start with the same goal / plan as the past few months: get more mileage than the month before.2
-
This time in 2 weeks, this will have started!2
-
So I changed my mind and decided to register after all for run the year! I registered this week! I even told a coworker about it, and she told her 76 year old mother who exercises and runs regularly. I think they'll be joining too. I'm sooo ready for my change!!!!4

It’s been cold and rainy here. I did get 5.5 miles in last week. Been mainly inside. UGH!!!0

Is it possible to track intentional run/walk miles?
According to my Fitbit I average 10K steps or approx 5 miles per day just from normal activities. Since this is already close to the yearly goal I’d like to push myself beyond it and track intentional runs/walks separately or in combination to normal daily walking.1 -

I think so. I am about 2 miles a day of SOP - so my plan is to log all above that1 -

Yes, that's doable!0 -
Hi Group!!!
I fizzled out in December but back with a vengeance in JANUARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am tossing out a big goal of 100 miles for the month.
I have my HM training plan taped to my desk, my bathroom mirror and refrigerator. I saw a photo of myself from over the weekend and it was horrific!! Time to get these legs moving, heart pumping and @$$ shrinking!!!!!

Even though I'm in the U.S. and the standard measurement is miles, I'm taking the "2019 km" approach, too, since I'm not joining a team this would at least be reachable for me.
So far for Dec. I have 112.5 miles and there are still 6 more days to go!1 -
2019 miles running is not feasible for me, but I walk a lot and will count walks (separately, but I will add them together -- I'm keeping a spreadsheet too). I don't have a step counter right now, so this means actually keeping track of miles (or half or quarter miles) walked and not just incidental steps. (A full block here is 1/8 mile, which makes it reasonably easy to track, but I may just use Runkeeper too.)
I'm going to plan for a half marathon in March and do a half marathon training plan to motivate myself for this first three months of the year.
The weather through December so far has been unseasonably nice and perfect for running (I'm in Chicago), but of course I've blown off most of it due to all kinds of excuses, and need this challenge to help me get back on track with my training. Winter gets hard due to weather, so I am annoyed with myself for not appreciating how nice it's been for the most part.1 -

This is what I'm doing as well. I don't have a Fitbit or Garmin nor do I keep track of my daily steps via my phone. I'm tracking purposeful walks only via Strava and synced that to the RTE tracker. Just my personal method of choice. Others may do it differently and that's perfectly fine.2 -
My team has been established!!! Feel free to follow me (Rebekah Hughes Helton) or my team 😊

If I've selected a team to join, when will I hear whether or not I've been admitted to the team? I'm new to all this.0

If you don't get accepted to a team, I will team up with you. There is no way I can reach 40 miles per week by myself but I would love to be part of a team.1 -
Love we have a group here!!
This is year #3 for me. I hit 1185 in 2017 and I'm at 967 for this year. It's been a rough year but I'm ready to get back at it. I don't have a team right now so I'm hoping to get at least 100 miles a month and see where I end up!1 -
