Last month was my first month trying to get back into shape (again). All the other times I’ve tried before I normally quit around the 3-4week mark cause I get frustrated. So I couldn’t be happier to join the group and try and keep myself accountable this month.

I had been 254.6 yesterday but I overate after dinner last night and this is food weight. As long as I get right back on track, it never hangs around for more than 3 days.

@tiabirdie56 Oh, those carbs! I don't follow a Keto plan like you do but I definitely have to watch my oatmeal and bread carbs. They stick to me like glue if I eat too many. I overate last night on oatmeal and bread and oatbran muffin (and chocolate too!) and it put 2 pounds on me overnight. They really make me hold on to the water weight.
I really want you to see 175 this month and I'm rooting for you!
